Hot buffet not so good, quality ok but as always food only luke warm, in future I will order an omelette which is an option and at least that will be fresh and hot, cold buffet really good and plenty of choice hot and cold, I just would prefer hotter food but that is the disadvantage of the buffet style.

Good location, easy walk to main areas of interest, clean hotel, restaurant good quality food and service. Friendly staff and facilities very good. Breakfast had enough to satisfy most people

Second time staying in this hotel (March 2024 and March 2025). Loved the breakfast and the location and the staff. Cleanliness at the level expected from a 5*. The room could need a renovation (the bedside table was vandalized by previous guests and had words scratched in the wood and two of the four USB charging points were not working and it was visible that somebody had broke them).

The pillows were very worn and no support in them. Felt like I was sleeping on cotton wool balls no shape or support to them.

It was cold in the room despite setting the room temperature almost at a maximum. Also, we had a room with the windows towards the courtyard and on a lower floor, which influences the view and the light in the room. The courtyard is not small, but I think some may consider having a room with a better view.

Location is great, rooms are spacious and nice. There is a very nice bar and a restaurant, staff is super helpful. Breakfast really nice, don’t forget to order something from the card if you feel like having something extra.

Perfect location. Staff are extremely friendly. Spa ladies are just the best, out of this world. My parents had a treatement booked and they were so amazing with them. Food excellent. Drinks very affordable. The only thing we haven't tried was gym as there was not enough time. Next time, as we will be back 100%. I have to say this was one of the best hotels I stayed in Poland. Well done

The rooms could be upgraded a little. The carpets are quite dated for a five star hotel. The dining choices were limited as the restaurant was closed while we were there. The quality of the meal in the bar could have been improved.

This was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had on a holiday. There was an excellent selection of foods available and all was of the highest quality. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. It’s great having a reception desk manned at all times and were helpful as regards ordering taxis etc.

Only unpleasant point is unclear communication of the offers. It is written on posters that if you use the restaurant you get a drink for free for each main course, but on the bill we paid everything. Is it not compatible with the discount of Radisson membership? Who knows? Not even themselves I guess. Same with parking. In the room there is a brochure of the hotel explicitly telling that parking place if for free if you eat at the restaurant. I have been told it is for external people, not customers of the hotel. Therefore why is it in the room? And why not to explained clearly. That’s annoying and the reason I did not give a 10.

Limited room service menu during the late evening after 22:00, the room could have been vacuumed with a bit more attention.

Centrally located, nearby to several sights. Good access by car. Good underground parking on site. Staff were great. The room service menu is very limited after 22:00, however, the pizza was good quality. The room was ok, all amenities included.
