The stairs going to rooms were really steep. We had to share kitchen, near to the room with group of noisy people.

Beds were comfy, staff amazing helpful and nice.

1. We booked a hotel with a toilet, shower, and kitchen, but it turned out to be a hostel without these amenities. 2. The room smelled terribly of dirty socks. It felt like they hadn't been washed for six months. We tried to air it out, but it didn't help—the smell was permanent. 3. The room was very cold. 4. On the double bed, there was only one small blanket that barely provided any warmth. 5. The water kept switching between hot and cold. 6. The stairs were terribly inconvenient. 7. The bedding had some small yellow stains and wasn’t properly washed.

The amenities were not clear. The door to my room was broken....it had cracks and holes on both sides. The bed was also defective. There was an unpleasant odour as we get into the room every time.

The staff were very nice and helpful.

Location is nearly 2km from the center city. The room was very cold and dirty. There were no towels in the room. The water in the bathroom was barely warm. Highly do not recommend it.

Whilst there was a heating system it had a bizarre way of operating, 10 mins on and off all day and night, with barely any heat coming out, so rooms were quite cold, no towels provided, yes it is a hostel but please at least add you need to pay for one, curtains, may as well not bother, paper thin and not able to swith outside wall lights off, so lit up my room like Blackpool illuminations……free WiFi, mmmm, not in the room i was in there wasn’t, no signal whatsoever, easily sorted by adding more boosters aroundtge building, other than that not badfor the price.

My room was at the back, so was very quiet, good shower…….am afraid that is all i can add.

Smell of mold in the room was overwhelming. Fine for 1 day stay, not more. Windows were facing the main street, so impossible to sleep with an open window.

The smell of sweat and strange smells in the room was so bad that I had no choice but to sleep with all the windows open. And the lights didn't come on.

It was good that the staff were so kind.

They need to improve in many aspects: - The bed is quite uncomfortable. It is ok for 1 - 2 nights but I wouldn't recommend more than 2 or sleeping 2 people. - I found very ridiculous that they charge 5 zloty for lending the towel. I didn't see that practice in ages. Considering it is an expensive place to be Poland, it would have been nice that the towels are included. I found it mediocre - It was far away from the city centre. I was aware from booking the location. But 140zl per night, the distance, the rent or the towels, and how uncomfortable the bed was, I wouldn't really recommend it. The staff was nice, it is 24h reception which that is why I booked it and I was in a rush and can be paid by card, but a few improvements are needed before changing such amount of money

Hostel is 24 hours and staff communication was good. They can speak English well. The room was clean and the bathroom as well

Sharing of bathrooms and shower heads cause it looked dirty and also for the price it wasn't worth it at all

The room was large and comfortable. Location was excellent. The staff was exceptionally patient and friendly when we decided to upgrade the rooms.

This room was old, everything there needs renovation asap. The worse 3 things : everywhere evenings we could smell weed. 😱 Before someone will say maybe other guest.... Our floor for sure was empty. Only stuff. Second it was extremely cold 🥶 after calling stuff they opened main heating more still didn't help so the women brought for us temporary electric heater which only worked when was next to bed 😭😭😭 one of the most awful things which I never experienced before - tragic, really bad smell from the tap when we open water in bathroom, smell like old eggs ! We couldn't use this tap at all. Interesting fact, the water from shower was fine. Except the fact that there was no possibility to hang the shower head 😱 generally disaster.

The room smelled like mold, was a bit too cold. Very old furniture. I wouldn't stay there for the 2nd time.

Very clean rooms and bed linen, friendly staff at the reception, 10 minutes walk to the Old Market Square and other historical sights. Besides, you can hardly hear the street, although there are buses running along it.

You have to pay 5 zloty for a towel and the hot water in the shower wasn't working properly, it was getting cold sometimes and then really hot, but overall it was ok.

The room was clean, personal friendly, 15min walking to the main square.
