We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

UkraineOne thing, that I didn’t like, the staff sent me the wrong code to open the apartment. So, that incident made me worry about my check in. After contacting them I got the right code.
I liked location, the safe closed area, with people ready to help. My stay was quite comfortable in the apartment, with all amenities worked.

United StatesIt was somewhat difficult to locate the key box as it was outside in the odd location. It was hard to open the key box as it was sticking and required the application of some force. The apartment was dusty, I had to wipe nightstand, counters, etc. It appeared the toilet was not properly cleaned, I had to clean the toilet seat and under it. Also during my stay I got an inquiry about maintenance. I agreed to it as I assumed it would be quick and the details were not discussed with me over the phone. As it turned out, the maintenance included drilling and mudding and took a few hours, not minutes. When the workers left, the apartment was left dusty. No one showed up to clean. I didn't pay attention at first and got some of clothes dirty. Upon contacting the customer service with the request to do something about it, I got a response that they could not do anything as I agreed to the maintenance. Multiple back and forth did not lead to any resolution. Overall, this response to the problem made me very sour about this experience.
You cannot beat the location, it's perfect, right at the heart of the city.

UkraineFirst of all finding the key would be almost impossible if not with a help of the concierge When I arrived firs thing that welcomed me at the apartment was cold and disgusting smell of mold. Bathroom looks disgusting, it’s all moldy, and the smell is awful, I literally couldn’t stand being in shower. The mattress in bedroom is really old, it’s very uncomfortable. Also do not expect any help from apartment managers. When I arrived it was very cold, the heating was off, so I texted the manager to see what can be done and if I can use the electric heater from the closet. And i received response only after three days!!! of course I managed it myself, because nobody helped me with it. And what’s worse - I had early appointment one day and while I was drying my hair electricity went off for sockets, while the light was still working. I tried to call, message, because I was already running late, I managed to reach them through the call after about 10 minutes, manager told me they would check or send someone, but guess what? Nobody ever called me back! I had to figure out this one myself as well. I understand that price is low, but it’s not even bare minimum for appartment
Location is really good, as it was the most important parameter for choosing the appartment closed territory with concierge a lot of cafes and restaurants arranged
