There was a homeless man drinking next to the entrance to the apartment. The common areas were a bit dirty.

Bring earplugs, the room isn't soundproofed and could hear a lot of noise from other guests in the corridors and rooms

Lack of response to any of the messages sent to the host. No towels. Comfortable but very squeaky bed. Glass door to the room. Bath needs urgent upgrade/replacement.

Great location. Small but clean room. Decent size kitchen area (kettle, big clean fridge, couple of cups, plates etc. and some cutlery). I visited in December and was happy to see that the flat was warm. Easy access as key can be collected from the safe box.

Directions to the right entrance were in Polish only, and unclear, so I spent 30min looking through the wrong part of the building. it's a soviet era student halls building, so if you're from western Europe/Americas you'll be pretty shocked by the building.

The rooms are pretty quiet, (and dark) and there are showers and toilets through the corridors. Some of the residents are Ukrainian refugees.

Walls were paper thin partitions. I could see the light coming through at the top seam of the wall. We parked outside and got our fuel tank siphoned also...

The price was amazing. Honestly bang for buck, there was a shower, and other amenities that all worked perfectly so for the price that is being asked this is such an amazing value for money room

There is no kitchen equipment whatsoever, so if you are booking this with cooking in mind you are in for a dissapointment. Not a single pot or pan provided. Just kettle and mug.

I wrote some messages on Booking, than on SMS and lastly I called before the check-in. I got a message I could check in earlier than after 4pm but than I never got any answer. Also ladies next room came one evening at 1:30am and turned the lights on and tried to get in to our room, which wasnt very nice.

The location was great and we could get to centre in few minutes.

On booking it shows a different address than were it really is. The mattresses were lacking.

Since it was in the city center, the noise pollution from the trams came in at open windows and since we were there during summer, the windows must have been open in the lack of A/C. The noise is definitely something that one has to consider. Everything was a little bit dusty, not unbearably, but I also didn't have the feeling of cleanliness.

It was in the city center, in a nice old house. Nice view from the (common) balcony. We didn't have major problems.

The rooms have glass windows in the doors, which provides limited privacy. I didn't feel safe in the flat. Next door guests were extremely loud, they had been talking till 3am and then they were packing and dragging their luggage across the flat for a good 30mins. I'm not sure what was happening. When they eventually left and I tried to fall asleep, the tram started running and woke me up from my 2 hrs sleep. It was pretty bad night sleep. The flat is modernity clean, even though cleaned every day it doesn't appear to be that clean as it's rather dark. The bedsheets were clean but very poor quality. The huidling itself is rather scruffy and old. I am a bit disappointed with this experience.

The room was spacious and there was a small balcony in the flat.

Sound and bed. The owner needs to fix the room with proper ventilation. Indeed the room is not sound proof, with noise from the running tram penetrating upto the 8th floor until midnight. The bed is uncomfortable to sleep with creeky sound whenever you move. Towels not provided.

In the bathroom I saw a cocroach, and that was the most dissapointing stay I ever had… it was disgusting. To all of that, bathroom was dirty - the floor.
