WiFi was hit and miss (mostly miss) not lots of showers and toilets but was OK for a short stay. And that's being picky for the price it was more than OK!

Location amazing, clean and tidy, for the price was great, room was nice and safe and clean.

There's a difference between old and dirty, unfortunately the place is both. The room is small, the bathroom light didn't work and the water pressure was bad. The only good thing is the location near the centre. As someone who has lived in Kraków for 5 years and visited many times after, I can 100% guarantee you can find something better for the same price or even less.

The windows were over the road side and its tooo noisy and there where people walking and talking even the traffic was horrible and the tram sound was terrible. I wasn’t able to sleep for even 10 mins. The bathroom was not even clean. Specially the staff was not cooperative. The checkin time was 4pm and it wasn’t confirmed and they refused to pay even fight after the 5 minutes of the booking.

The room is basically in the basement with no windows and no ventilation. The bathroom and toilet was dirty. The room seemed to be dark with mo facilities.

I felt very uncomfortable in the bathroom. firstly the light was turning off every 30 seconds due to motion sensor which was just so irritating while in the shower or on the toilet. I had to jump or wave my hands all the time. secondly there was no table, sideboard or any possibility to leave clothes, towels and toiletries while in the shower. would be so much more comfortable with something to put your stuff on. the sinks are tiny, can’t leave anything on there either.

You get what you pay for! The rooms are in the cellar, a lot of people sharing the same bathrooms and kitchen. I found the corridors scary to walk in alone, the lightning very irritating (they were automatic but could shut off 20sec after you sat down on the toilet, and then the sensors didn’t see you). The toilets got nasty so fast, and the people living there really didn’t know how to flush.

It’s a good to place to stay if you don’t want to spend a lot of money, but still wants to stay close to town.

There was a vomit on the shower room, no staff, not possible to contact the owner. Not the safest place to be in.

The host. Was unresponsive to every single message we sent - which created a lot of stress and anxiety to the family. The check-in time is as late as it possibly can, whereas the check-out time is as early as it possibly can. With the entire apartment having rooms for five families, it is near impossible for all the guests to use the bathroom/toilet in the morning and be prepared to check-out by 10:00 am (until and unless the guests wake up very early - which pretty much fails the point of a 'vacation').

No wall plug in the room! We are living in the 21st century and there is no wall plug! Lack of communication from the owner. He did not reply when asking about the wall plug. There was no wifi connection, even though it is listed. Thin walls. Very loud. Could not sleep well at night (this is due to other guests). The bathroom and toilet were not very clean.

After i saw the room, i made a new reservation to somewhere, did not stay there, but i could not regund the price, because it was too late. i booked here for the location, i did not expect much thing, but i do not advice this place to anyone. first of all they did not give the check-in instruction till 16:00, i had to find internet connection to get instruction. the room was too small. the bed was very uncomfortable, coming sounds when you lay. no clean sheet. there was a nasty smell of food. old furnitures. poor wifi.

The place was extremely dirty especially the bathrooms and toilets which were shared between whole building tenants. Difficult to find the place. The place was full of prostitutes. Worst place I have ever been.

I contacted in advance the staff to request a late check-in (due to flight delay) and they didn’t want us to enter the room even though they do self check-in with a simple code, no reception or people involved. Not willing to help at all! We checked in the next day. No soap available. No hangers in the shower. Room a way smaller than in the picture. Staff very unpleasant. Waste of money!
