I found the instructions to get into the building difficult to follow as I arrived late at night due to a delayed flight. The layout of the building is a little confusing but the room was great. Mattress a little thin but OK for one night.

Good value for money, modern apartments in a good location..perfect for an over night in Krakow. Kettle and fridge in the room. Lovely shower. And loved the smart TV..was able to watch my Netflix.

We received 2 separate small thin duvets for a couple in a winter season (felt little bit cold at night). Bed was very uncomfortable.

The hotel is made of apartments, some rooms with separate bathrooms and some rooms with shared bathrooms. The hotel has very thin walls and you can hear everything, even if someone walks along the common corridor.

Convenient location, clean hotel. The room has everything you need, a fridge, tea and coffee and kitchen utensils. Friendly staff 👍🏻

The only one thing that was quite disturbing… the bed 😅 it’s too soft we couldn’t sleep cause we were rolling one on another. And pillows as well quite big and fluffy not very comfortable to sleep on but except this it was wonderful:)

Only thing would be that the hot water tank is very small and after one quick shower, there’s no hot water left for a little bit. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about.

Amazing location. Cute little apartment with little kitchen and plenty of room for our family. Desk staff super friendly and eager to give information about the city to enhance our visit. with 5 of us in the apartment, i greatly appreciated the toilet being in a separate room from the shower…lol. Great value for this rental.

The walls and doors are super thin, so you can hear when people enter the apartment or use the shared kitchen. Also, the bathroom use refurbishing.

A great location, minutes walk from the main railway station. The room was super spacious, would definitely work for a family, too. It’s in an old tenement, so the look and feel is quite specific, but it didn’t feel “old”. What’s more, there’s an option for self check-in, so perfect if you travelling late.

There is a double blanket on the bed. I had to sleep under a blanket. Small toilet and missing curtains on the window at the entrance. In the evening it felt like you were on stage

The staff was very attentive. We were allowed to vacate the room a little later and leave our luggage until the evening. The location is just perfect. 30 steps to the center. There was tea and coffee in the room. Nice

Some of the sockets were hanging off the wall. The toilet was not bolted down to the floor so tipped and felt unsafe when using. Felt a little bit cool as room was so large. Bathroom door handle wasn’t fixed but we were informed they had not had time to fix it before we arrived as they did let us check in early. Needed a knife to get out if the door properly closed. One of the kitchen drawers only half opened and main light in bedroom didn’t work but there was a lamp.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location near local amenities and the old town. It was clean, provided towels with great view and balcony on to a Main Street.

It's indicated in booking.com description that the room has a private bathroom. It kind of does. But one needs to cross a small kitchen in between. Some travelers came late after midnight, they also crossed the same kitchen and were loud enough to wake me up. Thus the sound isolation isn't too good.

The communication was great before and after the booking! Thanks! The aparthotel is located in a great area close to the main train station. Comfy beds and a clean bathroom.

The room wasn’t exactly noisy but there were a lot of noises - the lift? Neighbours?

It was well equipped with a small kitchen. The shower was good too. The location was unbeatable.
