The personnel of the hotel was amazing. We were offered a better room because it was free and we were very tired. Also, the receptionist helped us buy tickets for the train, helped with payment, and was the nicest person we could dream of. Thank you so much!

The badroom is not well design, the water goes outside easily after each shower, not a big problem but room for improvement.

The location is just perfect, it's an old but beautiful building, with huge room enough space for a big family. The place is quite new inside and internet and TV is just perfect. The place is very clean, bathroom clean and kitchen included, with microwave and dishwahser, bathroom also includes washing machine in case is need it. Staff is very friendly and fast response.

Very good value place at an excellent location. The guy at the reception was very friendly and helpful with tips about the city. Also the room was large with comfortable beds. Everything you need for a few days stay in Krakow.

I really missed some sleepers! and little toothpaste and shower gel etc. I hate taking all these things with me just to use them in hotel. and I think that normally they need to be everywhere, in all hotels, apartments, etc. Aaaaand be careful with phone number! at the day of my arrival they got some troubles with phone! so, be prepared to have all the connection through booking chat.

The location was excellent just a few minutes from the gates of the old town. A few great restaurants nearby. We were very happy not to be in the old town. The city of krakow is a destination city for drunk British people who are loud and obnoxious. Staying outside of the old town we could avoid these undesirables

The bathroom was on the corridor and not connected to the room. Another minus is that there were no shoes provided.

First thing it was the positive vibes from the host. He was willing to help to get to know the city and was very friendly. He room was big and there were loads of extra blankets and cushions. I was pleasantly surprised that the heating was on in the morning. Close to the mall where you can find everything so that's a big bonus.

No Ventilation in bathroom no window or fan I could see, so after couple days a little smell appears. Was a plant in room that seemed to attract little tiny flys so they were in room.

I asked for a taxi as we had an early morning flight but in the end I was given the phone number of the taxi service and was offered to call them and order a taxi by myself.

Though the building is very old and so looks the aparthotel, the room we had was very modern, big and cozy. We had more than enough space for three people, everything was renovated and thus very comfortable. The location is also great - just in front of the entrance to the old town.

it s a room in an appartment, where all rooms are rented, and the kitchenfacility is in the corridor, so, there is quite a lot of comming and going slamming and cooking and laughing outside your door.....but then again this is not a hotel but a hostel,

- photos on booking.com look slightly better than reality - a bit strange decor being as a mix of the cheapest Ikea furniture and some cool vintage pieces - the bathroom is small and a bit smelly - there was only soap at the sink or was it hand sanitizer? anyway, make sure you bring all the necessary toiletries with you

- perfect location: very close to the old town as well as to the train station - very spacious apartment - overall clean and comfortable - it seemed like the room is freshly renovated - convenience store downstairs
