A great location just 2min walk from the famous Floriańska Gate. The appartment was cosy and well equipped with modern touch, quiet and private flat. I would stay in again as I had everything I needed for the weekend away.

It looks like an hostel, feels like hostel but the price is like 4 star hotel. The smell of the bathroom was terrible. Everythin was old. Bathroom was bad and the sink was cant be smaller we felt like we were deceived:(

Wasn't as clean/modern as I was expecting and this is clearly aimed more at the 'Stag' market in my opinion. There was a TV but it wasn't possible to plug it in as no sockets nearby.

Location was great, nice welcome and shown my room which was several floors up. It had quite a few facilities for longer stays, small kitchen with tea/coffee facilities. Quiet at night.

The receptionist was really nice and very helpful!! We arrived to Krakow in the morning and he let us to check in early. It was really helpful for us as we were very tired by the long journey.. Also he helped carrying our luggage to the room also to the downstairs when the elevator was in inspection.Thank you so much! Of course the room was great, very huge and well equipped :) close to the station etc etc. 100% recommend!

The hotel is very well located. I'm in love with the charming Luxembourg Gardens. The location lets me enjoy it a lot. We stayed on the 6th floor with a little view of the Tour Eiffel and had a small balcony for enjoying coffee. I didn't have breakfast as there are many of coffee and patisseries around. I highly advise the hotel.

Nothing really to complain about

It was basic accommodation, however it was spacious, very clean, the beds were really comfortable. Location is excellent, only 4 minutes walk to the old town and the staff was really lovely and accommodating. I cannot fault it really. It’s good value for money and serves the purpose. We had nice, quiet sleep after the long day of sight seeing and exploring Cracow. Additional bonus was the possibility of getting late checkout at a really cheap rate.

Very good location - close to the center and the train station, Krakow Gallery. Pleasant staff, the administrator told where to eat deliciously and inexpensively and what to see. Clean and beautiful apartments, there is everything you need, in particular, tea, coffee, sugar.

The squeaky floor was quite distracting. But we understood that the floor was part of the original building. So it gave it character.

The apartment is great. Very clean, there is an elevator. The owner helped with all questions, including flight registration. The room has its own kitchen and everything necessary for relaxation and cooking. The location is very good, 2 minutes from the train station and 2 minutes to the center.

There is no information in the description that the flat is not suitable for families with kids, luggage and disabled people. There is no lift goes to the flat, but there are two blocks of stairs from the entrance to the flat. I had to carry 32+13+15+11+7+9+8+6 Kg luggage to the flat with help of two young daughters in mid-night after travel from the UK. I was much upset and exhausted in the end. Also, condition of the flat was not great.

Location is perfect, easy to get to/from railway station as well as to the city center. Cafes, museums, shops are nearby.
