Soundproofing is really bad. I’m not sure about all rooms but part of the room where I stayed probably was a former balcony so the walls were made of thin wood. You can hear people from the next room speaking, coughing and even farting

When i arrived, i couldn't enter the property as no one answer the door. No prior instruction how to enter on your arrival. It was dark and very cold outside. Luckily the neighbour come outside to put out her trash and let me in.

Great location for a budget stay, you are out of the house and straight to the mountains. We've visited Zakopane with our kids to go up Kasprowy Wierch by cable car, which was easy to walk to - around 2km on foot and easy to navigate to. Clean towels, beds as requested and late check out were granted easy. The hotel staff was nice and helpful, even though I don't speak polish we settled everything with no issues.

I was hoping that we will be greeted by a person who speaks English just enough to walk us through the process, but this was not the case. In the end we managed to understand each other in some "broken russian" language.

Location is amazing, very close to the City certer but far enough to have a peacefull night to sleep. We booked a room for 4 people and it had also a private bathroom and a small kitchen with a fridge and a stove to prepare the food. There were some kitchen supplies and a kettle. In our floor there was a shared balcony as a smoking area with a beautiful view. This place has a well managed and simple system regarding entering and leaving the house, so everything is very easy and no need to depend on the owners. We were greeted when we came, had instructions how everything should be managed during our stay and after that everything went smooth. Parking is optimal and we always found a spot during our stay. When we came, the responsible person even helped us to park since the property is near the river and the road is a bit narrow.

If there would be a small kitchen it would be better Although there was a microwave and cutleries it was good but a kitchen would have opened whole lot of options for budget travellers.

The whole house was nice and cleaned. Most importantly the location was quite close to the centre and also ski centers. The rooms were cozy and the bathrooms were cleaned.

I'm disabled and I know stairs are part of life. but I still have to groan a little when every time I book a room it's always at the top floor and no lifts.

The two women who were always at reception were very nice and friendly. Their English was pretty good which helped when we needed information about the surrounding area. The room was quite nice and good for the price. Wooden floor, nice shower.

Everything was perfect!

The hotel was very cozy and warm. An excellent location! There was a parking, stores and restaurants around. At the same time it was very quiet and safe place. The owner was very kind and allowed to stay in the hotel longer (until the evening) that it was required (at 10am). Definitely I would recommend it and book that place again.

The smoking are - the smoke from cigarets was everywhere in the room. This is not what you want when you came to mountains. It would be better to erase this are from the building.

Extremely small restroom. Restroom basin is way to low (below waist level) with the toiletries rack inches above your head if you wash your face. Not to mention maneuvering around in the restroom, for a muscular midsize men, it’s minuscule.

It is a little bit far from the city centre, but it is only 30 minutes on foot.

The owner is really nice, she was ready to help in all situations. We had a super huge room with all facilities that can be used during the traveling. Moreover, the hotel has some balconies that is amazing; you can just seat and enjoy the nature.
