The staff is exceptional and very attentive to their guests. The facilities are well proportioned to the number of guests—not too small that they feel cramped or too big that they feel lost. The hotel feels complete, and the design, finish and services are well thought through. The location of the hotel is away from the main road, which is excellent because there is no road noise or nosy onlookers.

I don’t consider the location a disadvantage—some people might actually like it. However, for my personal taste, it’s quite far from the center, so you’ll need a car. Also, this isn't about the hotel itself, but on the road from the center to the hotel, there are no lights on the uphill section. Again, some might find this charming, but it’s something to keep in mind.

Really great, cozy hotel with different types of rooms and a fantastic restaurant. The spa includes one dry sauna, one moist sauna, one indoor jacuzzi, and one outdoor jacuzzi. We used it on Friday when it was empty, but on Saturday, it was quite crowded.

The location is very remote but still easy to reach - perfect for a relaxed hiking holiday. The place itself is very modern with a classic twist. We felt very much home after the first minute. The employees of Slow Tatry are an extraordinary team and helpful.

Absolutely nothing bad can be said about this place!

I have traveled all over the world and I can say without a doubt this was a sure 10/10. From the lovely welcome at check-in to the chalet, restaurant, spa, and gorgeous breakfast, there is absolutely nothing bad I can say about this accommodation. It is a dream to relax and appreciate nature, away from Zakopane.

I would like to see a more expanded menu for children, especially for toddlers, and add dishes such as steamed fish or some types of porridge.

Nice cozy and clean room which in our case was equipped with small terrace. Bed was very comfortable, a lot of different size pillows for you to choose. In the morning, you are welcomed with the breakfast with different options and tasty coffee or tea. In the evening you can enjoy tasty dinner, and have some cocktails of tasty local beer. Great place to stay overnight or longer.

if you're coming with a baby stroller or similar, you'll need to go up a few steps to reach the chalets, but it wasn’t a big deal for us.

The staff was exceptionally kind and clearly know how to host. The chalet itself was amazing, fully equipped with everything you can think of and very clean.

I have no complaints!

Nice off the beaten path location. Beautiful hotel, rooms and surrounding scenery. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Arranged for champagne and flowers at my request and reached out closer to the date to confirm. Big shout out to Maria for all her help!! Staff were great as well as the food. Thank you for making our first stay in Zakopane so memorable! Cheers from some very happy canucks!
