There is major construction happening right next door, and all the front rooms are affected by the construction noise… Also noisy, rowdy “weekend” people parting on the balconies till after midnight?

It’s all good when it ends well…. Frankly, initially they tried to put us in “broom closet” before we were moved to better room (still with the dawn to dusk construction noise from next door)… After the first night we were ready just to move to another hotel… that’s where Evelina took charge and moved us to nice lake view room…and just like that our little vacation in Mrągowo was saved..

Not so important

I stayed in a comfortable room with a lovely view of the lake. The bathroom and toilet were spacious and clean, and there was a hair dryer, soft towels, and enough toilet paper provided. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the hotel chef and their team for the tasty and diverse menu they offered.

Room was too noisy and noise reduction was almost not there. You can hear every step of every others living there and all the voices. It was too distracting.

Valentines day special dinner for extra money was not so good. We were not asked about the menu or what we eat or allergies. Despite this special dinner, food and breakfast is great! Plenty to choose from. Pool and sauna is also great, even though it looks small but it's enough to enjoy them. The view from window to the lake is very great, recommended!

No hotel is perfect but this one was as good as we could have hoped for. Rooms are simple but have all that is needed. The air conditioner was a great plus. Comfortable beds and pillows. The outside garden is magical. Spa is a small one, just to have a quick visit, but it's a nice addition.

The fact that staff couldn't accommodate me with lake view, instead I had a view on metal stairs from my balcony. Wasn't very nice but I did spend most of my time outdoors anyways.

Looking at the pictures when I booked and where we staid, looks different. Small rooms, tiny shower cabin. Fridge was freezing not cooling (left our water-became ice). No drinks or snacks. Menu in the restaurant was quite short, next door hotel restaurant had much better. Water in jacuzzi hasn’t been changed or disinfected for a long time because it was extremely foaming and had bad smell)

Nice style, only it looks a bit old. Free parking in front of hotel. Big balcony. Swimming pool, jacuzzi.

Nice garden and beautiful view. Tasty breakfast, polite staff, clean room, we were able to enjoy pool and Spa zones as soon as we arived, so that was lovely stay.

Nothing whatsoever in the hotel's control, but there was a hip-hop festival taking place at the Amfitheater nearby - and my, was it loud! And it went on until pretty late.

What a super hotel. Lovely location on the edge of a lake with woodland paths to take a walk on. Friendly staff; good breakfasts; excellent evening meals; swimming pool really nice.

The reception are could be more modern. If it was like the dining room area, it would be spectacular.

The staff was amazing. My mom has a special dietary needs and they were super nice always accomadating. They were ready to help at any time. The food was great, fresh, local ingredients and super tasty. Compliments to the chef. Great swimming pool and jacuzzi. Wonderful location just by the lake.

The breakfast was niece and huge, however the dinner could be improved. Also, the menu on the website was not updated. The actual menu was a lot smaller as we were visiting outside the season.

The staff was very nice, and the place was very clean. The massages were done very well. Beautiful views of the lake.
