Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room good for one or two nights. Would not recommend for longer stay. My room was small with just one chair and kettle. Doors to batch room were broken. Floor and shower need replacing for sure.
Location was superb! And the pizza just opposite best ever! Easy location to find as located in well known "krzywy Dom". Close to railway station, local shops, coffees in a morning and all beauty spots of Sopot just nerby you.

Too early check out... quite expensive for a standard of this room. Tv was not working, weird bleach scent welcoming my nose. Toilet not clean enough to give me a confidence to seat on it. Significant noise from premises outside- ok if you sleep with ear plugs.
Great Location, room was nice but nothing exceptional.

Very small. Management turned off phone and we couldn’t contact them at all. Texted and called no response for over 24hrs. Very disappointed.

Situated in the very old dirty building. Very noisy from the street. But what most difficult the doors for the bathroom didn’t close properly and the towels had holes. And we didn’t receive the double bed but two singles that were joined with a huge hole between, very uncomfortable.
It was just by the Main Street.

Booked 4-bed unit but only two next each other were prepared. I had to prepare another bed in other room myself. One tv did not work. You can hear the noise from the streets at night.
Location was great. Bathroom large and comfortable. Allows early check-in if room is ready.

Apartment need a bit of renovation. Was noisy all night but if u want to be in the hart of the city you should expect.

We had to move bed to lay down baby to sleep and it was dirty/dusty under it made my husband feel uncomfortable to sleep there the first night After report they cleaned straight from the morning
Great location There was loud music because of location, you would hear music until morning, it's was ok for adults but wouldn't recommend for children No kitchen There is great restaurant just outside in "Krzywy domek"

Stains, spots of unknown origin on mattresses.
The exterior said ”You have been ripped of, this is not a hotel …”, but inside were decent rooms.

We didn't get the same room as shown in the website. Noisy toilet/ showwr pump in our room and other rooms upstairs, mold and unclean in the shower, and dusty shelf. Broken and worn out beds. Bed description of entrance code. Poor isolation. Sadly that we can't advice anyone to go there.

IT WAS NOT CLEAR. I FOUND AN INSECT ON THE BED. THERE WAS NO LIQUID SOAP. I FOUND A SPIDER WEB IN THE ROOM AT THE TOP OF THE BED. I DID NOT HAVE ANY THE INTERNET CONNECTION. I ASKED FOR OWNER TO SOLVE THE INTERNET PROBLEM BUT HE DID NOT PAY ATTENTION TO MY REQUEST AND DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I RENTED A LOT OF ROOMS WITH THE BOOKING BUT THIS ONE WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE.

No hot water, no soap in all dispensers, dirty duvets and pillows but covers were clean. This same problems in my Friend Room. Only one bath towel for me and my lady. Staff opened the Door without knocking one hour before check out. Fabric problems in two Rooms which I booked together for one night. Very poor experience but concept for this place was good...

Apartment was close to night club, so it was music till morning. Apartment was not clean enough. TV didn't work.

Poor instructions from the host. It took us a while to first find the place and then our room. Beds were really bad. Toilet made a lot of noice.
