Excellent location, but I didn’t realise my bathroom was down a hall. Bed was noisy, room was cold through the day. Can’t complain too much considering the price though

The owner was answering to me in polish. The mattress is very thin and uncomfortable with a blood stain on it. When I texted the owner to change it he completely ignored me. Also, the blanket was for one person only and it was also very thin. On the bed there was some kind of insect crawling on us. The floor wasnt cleaned. The bathroom is outside the room and in the sink there was hair, which showed that it wasnt cleaned before we arrived.

The location was very convenient. It was a warm room with the heat constantly on.

The bathroom did not have a supply of hot water neither in the shower nor in the wash basin; even though the room was big, the bed and blanket is more suited to one person than two.

Very poor bedding pillow lacked any body and duvet was too small for bed and not sufficient for colder nights,bathroom although nice not en-suite and involved a walk along a communal corridor.

Super position 15 min walk to railway and bus station and 20 min walk main Krakow square.

The room windows went to the very busy and loud road, it was hard to sleep at night. The bed was squicky. The bathroom wasn't clean. The room lacked some small details, maybe a mirror and a small cabinet would make it even better.

It is a nice location, very near to the city center. Easy access and the hosts were really nice and let the early check-in.

It was all very dirty, the bed and pillow very uncomfortable, the bathroom with cold water and just a small towel per person, the kitchen unusable, we found hair in the bed and the staff very rude and unfriendly. I do not recommend it

The apartment was not so comfortable for a couple. To clean the room ot needed to be left unlocked as we noticed.

The location of the apartment was excellent and stuff was great too. The apartment was a very bright room all day long with a great view of the park.

Terrible experience! This place was dirty, super uncomfortable and extremely cold. During the night we were freezing. They provided only one tiny blanket that wouldn’t do much. The “bed” (it’s just a sofa bed) was so uncomfortable it was hurting my back. The pillows were so ridiculously bad. Basically I spent the whole night without being able to sleep. On top of that there was so much noise from the tram and cars outside. And not to mention that the bathroom is separate from the apartment. Nobody mentioned that. It was so uncomfortable but also disgusting. There was mould in the shower and the tiles. This property was one of the worst experiences I had in my life

Room was with space,enough. Everything was good expect there could be better pillows maybe, and a bit comfortable bed ( it was fine by the way)

If you, like me, are a bit of a germ-o-phobic, you better take your own towels.

The location is great, near the train station and on your way to the old city with a corner shop open 24/7. And for this super cheap price you wouldn't ask for anything more. Clean room, fresh bed linen and clean bathroom. Yes, to get there you have to walk the common area but it wasn't a problem as you get your key to the designated bathroom. Contact with the owner was smooth and they were very accommodating.

1. No heating at all and very thin blanket. It was in May with 10degrees outside in the city and only little more in the room! Freezing! I had to sleep with all my clothes on and I was still cold (and I am not specially chilly and in in perfect health conditions, to avoid possible comments) !! 2. Very noisy street (tramways, cars) 3. Minimum furniture, zero decoration, no wardrobe. as cold as a prison room. 4. The toilet-bathroom is more than 10 meters away from the room, on the opposite side of common area! 5. check out at 11am, with no possibility at all to leave luggage for sometime more. To summarise, I slept only 3h; The worst value for money and experience I had in many many years. Absolutely scandalous, a total rip off!
