I like the hotel in general, its location, unpretentious atmosphere and ease of use. On the other hand it makes the hotel a bit anonymous with its staff hiding around corners… Nice architektura and interior details and very nice fitness which I use every time I am at The Bridge.

Parking is overpriced compared to the city parkings. The spa is rather small, we were there 2h before closing and there were no drinking cups. There were not enough places to chill after the sauna, all were either taken or not clean from the towels.

The location is perfect. Breakfast is exception even though pricy compared to the cafes around. Yet enjoyed a lot. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym is basic but the multifunctional machine didn’t disappoint :)

The price of the breakfast was very high compared to breakfast options at quality cafés.

A hotel with a unique and innovative design, very clean, and with high standards. The check-in process was quick, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. The fitness center is quite sufficient, offering a variety of exercise equipment.

Room service worked with delays, i had to go downstairs to handle this. Massage is available only after the 14:00 (smth like that), not from the morning. It was some misunderstanding on the breakfast, about the payments, i wasn't in some list of visitors

Some of the staff at breakfast (booking people in) would come across very stern and at times rude. When looking for friends in the morning they would make it very stressful as if you were trying to get a free breakfast!!

Fabulous location. An easy 20 min stroll to the main square through the beautiful cathedral quarter. Young dark haired girl behind the bar was excellent. Great customer service skills and excellent drink maker. The boys were also good and all were very friendly.

It was a bit noisy, could hear people in the corridor and talking outside the rooms, also had a dog barking in another room and could hear the squeaky elevator late into the night.

Loved the location on cathedral island. A bit of a walk to the market square though. The decor and the facilities were very nice. Staff were great and particularly in the restaurant. Spa was lovely. Clean and comfortable. Nice attention to detail in the rooms. Great to be able to leave luggage before and after check in.
