It's 10/10 from me. Spotless clean room, shower and bathroom. Cosy and warm. Check in was easy although I think 16:30 is kind of late and I almost didn't book it because of this.

Everything was very good. Nothing to complain at.

It is close to main train station - just 10 min by taxi. My room (dbl room) was rather big, clean and cosy. The apartment itself has everything you need for short stay: in the kitchen there was fridge, microwave, cattle, cups, plates and so on. I had feeling like at home (clean, warm, quite, comfortable, cosy). Next time will stay the same place for sure.

No tv in rooms. In summer the facility will be very hot as there is no air conditioning.. opening windows is problematic due to street noise and courtyard noise. Shower head water flow is low and it is hard to get a feel of a good shower.

Room size, overall cleanliness of the property (common kitchen, common bathroom and common WC room) , comfort and size of the bed, quality of pillows and bedsheets. Good heating by water radiators with adjustable thermostat valves.

Honestly it would have been a near-perfect stay especially at this price point, however the windows/balcony door seals need some adjustment or maintenance, as it was a bit chilly and you could hear outside street noise due to this. Howevever, there aren't a lot of vehicles in the area at night so I still fell asleep relatively quickly. I'm sure it's a simple enough fix, and otherwise, I felt right at home.

Excellent value for the money. Tidy, with two bathrooms, a proper kitchen, comfortable rooms, and a good location.

My room (number 3, maybe for other three rooms it is different) looks at a street with noisy trams and traffics so that it is difficult to keep the windows open during the night. The property is a little bit far away from touristic attractions

There could've been a better description about the apartment. It's not necessarily an individualized apartment. There are four other rooms and everyone shares a toilet and shower.

The owner was easy to reach and communicate. The facility was extremely clean and the apartment was situated in a very good area.

One other guest spent the entire evening talking to someone on the phone and he was VERY loud. Even though we had two closed doors between us, I could still hear each word. He also kept leaving dirty dishes in the sink.

The kitchen was well equipped, with a choice of teas. The owner apologized for the bathroom renovation not being finished and left a note with chocolate and fruit for us. I dind't mind the bathroom, it was indeed not finished but not dirty or unpleasant, just in need of new plastering and painting because the building was sinking a bit and cracks started to appear. My room's window went out on the inner yard, which was very quiet. The window was big and let a lot of light in. The building is conveniently located and there are many shops in the area and good connections with other parts of the city. The subway is a short walk away.
