Only minor things, the mattress was little hard for skinny people, the pool is too small for swimming, only for relax.

Everything was fine. Good food, good organised and very friendly staff, big room with nice furniture. The hotel is highly recommended. Also the price was low in regard to the high quality.

It's a bit pricy, though it's still worth it.

Fantastic hotel with a great nod to the heritage of the building, which was, in a previous life, an Officers Quarters for the Polish Military. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They hotel has great attention to detail and features that reflect the past life of the building. The on-site restaurant is a must if you are staying - great food, fantastic presentation and lovely staff.

Bathrobes would be nice, also, all in one shower gel/shampoo/conditioner works fine as a shower gel, but nothing else, really.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, nice breakfast with quite vide selection, spacious room with terrace, free parking at the entrance!

Amazing hotel! Quality exceeded our expectations. Incredible good service for the price we paid. Hotel looks very new and modern. Room was clean, spacious, had a large terrace. Seems like every detail in hotel and rooms were thought out by designers. Breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choices. Free parking in front of the hotel. We found this hotel last minute for the one night stay during road trip but definitely will come back another time for more nights.

not the best view from windows (on old garages)… there was inclusive minibar.. i think when you mention this even on booking.. add at least some not expensive wines and beer… but not only cola, juice and chips..

Everything was great. Breakfast was amazing and had a lot dishes to offer, the room was beautiful well designed. Also the minibar was included in the price and overall will definitely return and definitely recommend!

During the staying there was a wedding, but we was earlier informed and we had a choice to stay or not. Good operating.

Hotel crew is very helpful and patient, hotel have a very good restaurant, breakfast was tasty and much enough, pool and sauna was small, but the interior was thoughtful about every detail and comfort. I would come back next time there again.

The design is a little on the kitchy side and the location is rather unspectacular (a good 30 minute walk to the main square) but these are just minor details - it's still the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Białystok

Huge clean room, huge comfy bed, free soft drinks and crisps in the minibar, friendly staff, free of charge late checkout at 2 PM. Not too busy so we had the two saunas and a large plunge pool/jacuzzi to ourselves.

but I got charged 245pln for a snackbar, most hotels charge for free. And we got told whilst checking out , before they just said welcome theres food in the fridge thought it was our price

There was a wedding party on Saturday night at the Hotel and the sleep was very inconvenient. Of course, we were told about that event in advance, but I decided not to cancel 😕

We decided to overpay by about 30% of the average cost of such accommodation in the city solely because of the SPA. But out of the entire list of spas, only the sauna and toilet worked. The Jacuzzi and surrounding area were closed with a strange wording: "Due to water conditions." Knowing that there is no SPA, it would be better to take an apartment. It would be cheaper in terms of quality and price.

Wedding event till morning destroyed all stay! Hotel stuff sent information in advance through e-mail, but too late. They EVEN DID NOT EXCUSE FOR SUCH NOICE AT THE CHECK-OUT MOMENT !!!
