Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We had a private room with a private bathroom, and it was wonderful! The room was spacious, clean, and had beautiful brick walls with high ceilings. The beds were comfy, and the added TV and shared kitchen were great bonuses. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the city center with a lovely view of the church. The receptionists were kind and welcoming. Totally worth the money, and I would definitely come back!

Amazing hostel, very good location. Clean and comfy rooms. Very helpful staff, even gave one of spare hair dryers. :) Definitely will stay again and will recommend to my friends.

The towel was not initially in the room, it was provided on the request and it was very tough, not pleasant to use. The internet connection was not stable. I could use it on my laptop, but my phone was consistently disconnecting. Also initially the room was cold as the heating was turned off. I immediately activated it, but it took a night to get to a warm temperature. So I slept under two blankets the first night.
The location is very central. I booked a room for myself with a private bathroom. I looked that it had a desk to use

The lighting in the room is dim.
We had a room for 8 people. It was clean and spacious. The private bathroom is also nice. The beds are comfortable. There's a shared kitchen with everything you need: plates, cups, cutlery, pots, skillets, microwave oven, gas stove, big fridge. The receptionists are kind and helpful.The location is also perfect.

One of the beds was really squeaky.
Location was great. Price was fantastic for the accommodation. Private bathroom was clean and comfortable.

Bathrooms are small and shower head was mouldy, water flow wasn’t consistent. Pillows were a bit thick and uncomfortable. Squeaky bed.
Good value for money. Seems to be recently refurbished.

Avoid Room207 for a family. It is very noisy during the whole evening and at 2 and 4 am at night, because the noise comes from the neighbor Room206.

It is not clear in the description about the instructions where to park the car. Indeed it’s not at the front of the hotel but at the back. So GPS is better to be adjusted to the back of the hotel because then it’s slightly different route.
The room is beautiful and it’s very close to the centrum. Car park area is spacious.

The private Appartments we're. Great. But the private Appartment with double bed unfortunately didn't have a private bathroom it was shared with another Appartment. Cause of which I had to pay extra money to get a triple bed Appartment was those were the only ones with a private bathroom. Apart from that the start was good. And staff where extremely nice and friendly and very friendly. They did help with things even late in the night.

There were no towels supplied, nor soap/shampoo. No hairdryer. Curtains were slightly thin, so quite bright early morning. No problem for my partner, but for me a tad bit too bright.
The room was tidy and cosy. The location was great, close to the city center. The bathroom and toilet were clean and in good shape. Price was OK for what was offered.

Everything, We liked literally everything. It is located in the city centre, close good restaurants, comercial center, exceptional buildings - historical, nice style appartaments within the historic house. There's a kitchen for every few rooms outside on a hallway. Comfy beds, ensuite bathrooms, and private showers. There's also a lift as well. Just we were 2 days but was enjoyable. Fully recommended. Next time to visit Wrocław definitely we will book there.
