Room 005 next to the stairs very thin plaster wall and old wooden stairs it was like hammering when someone goes up or down the stairs so last night it took me 3 hours to go to sleep with my child... went to the reception and after 23h it was just the guard who dis not speak English but said nothing he can do...

We were welcomed in our room by the very strong chemical odour of cleaning agents. There is almost no ventillation in the room. As a result, the chemical odour was hard to endure, and it was really hot in the room. If you open the window at night (which is necessary if you want to breathe), it is very noisy (our windows faced the street). Beds were comfortable, but they were creaking at any movement. Almost no place to put your things (no shelves etc.), we had to keep our possessions in the suitcases. Lack of any common area besides kitchen - it is rather common in the hostels that you have a lounge, but not here. It is especially problematic if you travel with kids, which go to bed earlier - you have to do the same.

Perfect location, free parking, spacious and clean room. Very well equipped kitchen.

Very loud between the rooms. You hear anything in the kitchen area like it's in your room. I was also unlucky to have very active teenage girls next door and could hear their every stampeding steps and shouts. That they had friends in other rooms coming and going all the time didn't help. This last part I think is just bad luck. The place is decent enough if you don't mind that you can experience this or sound doesn't bother you.

Easy to find. Nice clean rooms and decent beds for quick stays. There's actually a common area kitchen included too if you need it. I think there's a kitchen per 4 rooms. Plus for the room having a private shower and toilet.

Weird and unfriendly attitud of the entire staff (three persons) "If you do not give us the data we need you can go somewhere else. Our lawyers require that." Zero empathy. BTW the establishment collect sensitive data that is recommended not to be collected by hostels or hotels. When I asked why they do this the answer was: "Oh you cannot imagine what damage people can do to our rooms". This lack of basic trust is somehow reflected in how the hostel operates: towels are given at the reception. Well it was just one night. But never again.

It was really loud, I could hear everything happening in the stairway and in the public areas (kitchen) as the door didn't insulate the sound. Kitchen was very cold (access door from unheated corridor had ventilation holes in it...), cleaners made so much noise from 8am and kept leaving the kitchen door opened so it was even colder and louder

Location was good for my needs, it was clean, the price was low and the room had a private bathroom

There was a bad smell in the room from the cigarets.

Near to the city centre, the room was clean, exactlly as in the foto. You have also the kitchen and thr fridge that you can share. The parking place is right behind the property. The staff was helpful and in a good mood, very polite.

Not cozy room with the cheapest furniture. Slow internet, sometimes it disconnected at all. One evening there was no hot water. Bad soundproofing. I heard both people in other rooms and a tram behind the window.

Location: not far from the city center, large shopping mall is nearby. Beautiful historical building, amazing cathedral across the road. Kitchen equipped with microwave oven, kettle, fridge, washing machine, dishes.

The room was very small, it would be suitable for 2 people, not 4. For the price I'd expect sth more spacious...
