The AC went out a couple times, it's a no smoking property

Breakfast was a plain piece of bread, jam and an apple. It was also hard to find the place, a local taxi driver had to drive circles around it before I gave up and jumped off the car, looking it up myself. Lastly, the value is not great for what you get. Later I have stayed in the down town hostel and liked it much better.

I had to book this hosted due to late plane arrival/ late check in option. Strong AC (maybe too strong for some). Good location. Walking distance to grocery store sea.

There was no bedding other than a fitted sheet which had someone else’s hair on it when i got on the bed. I asked for bedding which was given to me - it was a blanket which was more than sufficient but it had a spot on that was hard so unsure about cleanliness again. Breakfast is literally plain toast with butter. It was difficult to find as it is part of another hotel, the bposhtels sign is very small to see from the street which had me walk by it twice. But overall it was good.

My last day there a new crew of people came and were very noisy and loud and opened the curtain to my bed more than once.

I think the only thing was the amount and layout of shower and toilet facilities. It felt like it's not enough, and a lot of them were missing proper locks, hooks to put towels somewhere, and shelves for toiletries. But it definitely didn't spoil the experience so it was not an issue.

The layout of beds feels like semi capsule which is great. AC was blasting all day long so it felt nice and cool in the rooms. Perfect location. Good WiFi. All in all really comfortable stay.

The shower leaked water terribly. If two people showered, there was a huge puddle in the middle of the passage to the toilet.

It was advertised on Booking.com as book now pay at property, but when I got there, I was told that they don’t accept cash and the payment must be made via credit card on the booking site.

The guy at the front desk when I arrived was not very helpful and assumed I already knew everything about the hostel as he made it seem like I was asking ridiculous questions just to clarify where I should go to find my room or where the breakfast would be in the morning. Another annoyance were the other people in the room, which I know is not the fault of the hostel and this is what you get when sharing rooms. However, maybe some more clear rules on keeping lights out after certain times as people were coming into the room all through the night and turning on and then leaving the main room lights on for hours at a time. Using a flashlight is to be expected and is what I have experienced people to do at all the other hostels I have stayed at. But I found these guests quite inconsiderate and it seemed like they were not accustomed to hostel etiquette.

Great location, safe to walk around after dark to the nearby restaurants. The room felt secure with individual codes for each one. The beds were comfortable and had good privacy being pods. Airconditioning worked well, but was not too cold which I was concerned about having read previous reviews and being someone who gets cold easily.
