The price is overpriced for a normal regular room other than that location was cool

First and foremost when I arrived front desk was Extremely welcoming. Genesis Frances did a Fantastic job checking me in and making sure I felt comfortable during my visit. Genesis you are an Amazing host keep up the good work. Love the fact that it was so close to the beach. Only down fall is I think it’s overpriced for the type of room but overall place was great staff was great and I would stay again (if the price is right)

There wasn’t anything we did not like within the hotel. The staff were nice, the room was clean and the price for the area could not be better.

The room was a good size, offered a mini fridge, iron and microwave. It was close to the beach and was in a safe location. We really enjoyed the food options within the hotel, pool and hot tub.

Oh.....the parking fee was excessive and a turn off. Only for this reason, I will not be able to come back. Can you imagine paying $25.00 per day for 7 days?

Not one mirror in the room but bathroom mirror. Two outlets in the room did not work. Ice machine on floor was not working.

Nice hotel in a really convenient location, quick drive to Old San Juan, walking distance to everything in Condado and Loiza. Nothing was extraordinary, but everything was very good. No complaints at all

Nice hotel right in the center of town. The ocean is a few hundred feet away quick walk. Lots of restaurants within walking distance drug stores and a few souvenir shops. There is also a casino across the street. . I would stay here again.

room was not cleaned daily or replenished with new towels. bathroom door was a sliding door so not much privacy. parking was a bit complicated at first. card wouldn’t not work some days

Everything was great with the exception of a day where the cleaning crew never did my room when I had requested for a late clean up. I was glad though that the front desk sent me towels and toiletries with a very kind associate and they also collected the garbage and changed the trash bags. They tried :) and I had kept my room clean for the most part.

I liked the convenience of the location and the onsite coffe shop and restaurant. I also liked the cleanliness of the entire facility, for me that is a must and this was a plus.

The check-in was quite slow as they couldn't find the booking. com booking. They were very nice about everything and gave me a free bottle of water and I used the wifi, but frankly I was very tired and would have preferred that they find my reservation.

Very nice bonus to have a pool in the middle of the city. The facilities were quite basic but that's all I needed, so it was fine for the amount of money paid.

The cleaning staff was doing bare minimum. For example, the sand from the beach on the floor was still there after cleaning. The fan was loud, but fortunately we took it as a white noise When we koved in, there was no soap bars. We had to go and get it from reception
