I was on the top bunk bed next to the AC, and it was a little bright from the LED light. I found the bed somewhat uncomfortable, but it may be a preference thing based on how firm/soft you like your mattress.

Great value for the price paid. Clean, well-maintained and located in a fun and lively area. The rooftop space is amazing.

I had a great stay at Conturce! The kitchen was well-equipped with all the utensils I needed, making it easy to prepare meals. The space was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that made for a good night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the air conditioning in the rooms, which ran 24/7 and provided a cool and comfortable environment, especially in the warmer weather. The rooftop area was a standout feature—it’s a great spot to relax or take in the views. The location was also incredibly convenient, with a supermarket just around the corner and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There is also a bus stop right outside to take you to OSJ for $.75 or you can uber for a lot more, the choice is yours 😊 Overall, Conturce provided everything I needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great that I could "self check-in" after hours and finish up the check-in process the morning after. The hostel had nice common areas, including a rooftop, where guests could meet up.

Great location! A couple short blocks to the beach, nice restaurants nearby, and an easy Uber ride to airport and Old San Juan. Friendly staff. Convenient check-in/out process and key pad locks. We enjoyed the extra common spaces. Beautiful rooftop.

The bathrooms are outside the rooms, not the most social hostel but had opportunity with the right group, tiny kitchen.

Overall good location, smaller dorms so less packed, the AC slaps, and the roof is really cool. Fridge in every room was nice and they gave us water since you shouldn’t drink the tap.

I wasn’t really sure about the locked situation in the beginning. If you check in late, just to be safe, bring your own lock and you will be fine! Otherwise they will hand you one in the next day.

For my first hostel experience is was really nice. They take care of a lot and you meet great people! Especially thank you to Sinleys, Jacqueline and Edwin! I did late check in and with the instructions it was really easy to get in.

Our bathroom window had no screen and did not latch completely, allowing mosquitos in that ate us alive!

Location is good, facility was clean ( although our room was not cleaned and sheets not changed for the 7 days we were there) staff was mostly professional and friendly.

Not a fan of air-conditioning at night but Puerto Rico is a hot country and sharing a room with others its kind of hard to regulate the A/C to fit my specific needs, other than that I have no complaints.

For a minimalist this is a perfect spot especially if you're traveling light. It's clean (you can tell by the smell of the sheets and bathroom). The location is great! There's plenty of stores and restaurants nearby so restocking on essentials is not a problem. The room is small but comfortable and if you don't want to stay in the room there's a lounge spot on the roof.

The common 1 bathroom per room was nice, but inconvenient, as it was often busy. The room lockers were tiny, to fit my bags. Quite a lot of mosquitos in the city. Hoped they would have bug repellants in the rooms, and free towels for use.

The room were clean, and nice. The staff was super sweet and allowed late entry on the first day- even before we were officially check-in which was very helpful. The rooftop is great, and helped meet fellow tourists. A fridge per room was also available, and free to cook kitchen!

The toilet had a leak, so the bathroom floor had water all the time. It felt unsanitary. Also, the room floor felt dirty and sandy, like it wasn’t clean before I checked in. I couldn’t ask for help on this because I only saw people at the reception when I checked in and when I checked out.

The location is perfect! Good restaurants, the beach, la Placita, el Choli, el Viejo San Juan… everything I wanted to visit was near (Uber rides for less than $10 each time). The room had everything I needed, including a small fridge. Nice touch! The bed was very comfy. The rooftop seemed like a nice spot, but I couldn’t enjoy it because it rained a lot. The hostel was quiet, which I really appreciated.

The wifi is sometimes really bad. The kitchen is okay, but sharps knifes for cooking are missing. There are not so many people to connect if you are travelling alone.

The staff is really nice and helpful. You open the door with a code, so I felt really safe. The bathroom was good. The beds are comfortable. I liked the rooftop. You got a fridge in your room. The beach is just 4 min away. You can't swim there, but the sunset was beautiful.
