There wasn’t a restaurant on site. It seems it use to have one as there is a space that looks like it used to be a restaurant. Having somewhere to have a coffee and a sandwich in this beautiful place would be amazing!

The stay in this hotel was great and room is spacious clean the beds are clean comfortable it has all the necessities refrigerator microwave coffee machine cups tv blow dryer the hotel grounds are spectacular you can hike trail the pool is clean even a jacuzzi kiddy pool for the kids you can connect with nature nice quiet atmosphere really recommend there going through renovations but worth the money and time spent there will repeat sometimes in the future

We just had a wonderful 6 night stay. The resort is very nice, set in the mountains with beautiful, relaxing views. Pool was immaculate. Staff responded quickly and efficiently and we had a couple of "out of the ordinary" requests. They never made us feel we were a bother and always went above and beyond; Ensuring all went well by following up. We are hoping to come back again soon.

For having Starlink, the internet didn’t work as I had hoped (or much at all) One or two chairs outside would be nice

Wish I could have stayed longer! Excited about the bar and restaurant coming soon. Also they do events for weddings and retreats— I’d love to attend one in the future here. So beautiful

When we got there our room smelled awful.The place looks run down and Deserted.No staff on property and looks unsafe at night. Bad lighting and loud noise next to the road.We just did not feel Safe at this Hotel.We left to find another location we could not sleep there. Beware you have been Warned.Would highly recommend looking for a different Hotel.That you would feel safe at. This place is Sketchy looking at night!!! Talked to the I guess management from florida about a refund. And all she could do is give me another room. No way, I repeat this place DOES NOT LOOK SAFE AT NIGHT!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! LOOK SOME PLACE ELSE....

Unfortunately the hotel had very little amenities as the main building is being renovated. The noise of passing vehicles, particularly those with extremely loud boom boxes, was very annoying and made sleeping difficult. And jacuzzi was not working

I liked the setting in the tropical rain forest. And the staff who were very helpful and informative

However, when I arrived there was nit a single person on the whole property and it looks a little abandoned, since there is a huge construction site right next to the parking lot, in the middle of the whole area. I was located in House B and the only other people who arrived were housed right next to me (even though there are 10-12 different buildings). This was already weird, but given the fact that this house is RIGHT next to the street and the night was filled with cars blasting reaggeton loud passing by- I slept really horrible. I‘m really not that sensitive but the house is really RIGHT next to the street and even though the hotel is super remote (be sure to have a good car btw!) there are so many cars passing by and the walls don’t keep of ANY of the sounds.

So first the good things, it’s beautiful located and the view (if it would be used a little better) could be stunning, also the whole area with all the green is truly great, very jungle-y very cool
