United StatesThe handicapped room was at the end of the hallway, opposite to the elevator. The toilet was a child size toilet, not a handicapped toilet. My husband was unable to used it. The TV did not worked. I reported it the first, second and third day, but nothing was done.

I have send this to Booking as well but haven't heard anything back. I guess they only like positive feedback. Here are the things which were not in order: i had cold water, the curtains did not work, the window was broke, it was leaking water, there were ants, there were cockroaches, there was mold on the curtains, it was all very vert bad. I raised complaints at the personnel but all they told me that I could book another hotel. They did very little to solve the problems. This was the worst hotel I ever had. Without any doubt! Also, the location in a hospital (!!) was poorly communicated. Just ver very bad
