No sound proof at all. I could hear people talking in the lobby and car drove by.

It's a small place so very easy to make friends with other people.

Could use privacy curtains on the bunk beds. The pillows are very thin and the mattresses not the most comfortable. Not really enough space to store your bags.

Ease of access with public transportation to old San Juan. Easy to park nearby. Air-conditioned dorm room.

The pillows are quite thin and the mattress too soft. However, it's fine for a few nights.

Appreciated the ability to check in late without any hassle. They staff is very friendly and attentive. It wasn't difficult to find parking nearby.

A privacy curtain for the bunk beds would have made this perfect. Some of the other guests were inconsiderate and even a bit shady. It seemed as they were actually living there and not just staying as tourists.

Very easy to get here from Old San Juan or the airport using public transportation. The common areas were nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a red-eye flight, so I arrived around 2 something in the morning to the place, and there were people being very loud, smoking and drinking at that time... i dont have anything against people having fun, but maybe they should be encouraged to use the 1st floor facilities instead of staying in the 2nd level where most of the rooms are. Couldn't sleep until 4 am...

I loved that I had my own mini shower/bathroom in the private room. The room looked clean and tidy. I appreciate the towels and the toilet paper. Also, the location is close to everything if you have a car, and if you don't, the train station is just a couple of minutes down.

Farther from the beach g ff9 or walks, though that’s why it’s less expensive. Most rooms have room mates, that’s good if you like that or bad if you don’t.

Easy to access, was near was routes, and ability to cook there if you wanted.

Good value for money. Easy to get buses into old town, can also walk. Safe area. Easy walk to train station. 2 large well stocked supermarkets nearby, easy walking.

Could be more organized and managed. Pots and pans are way toooo worn out. They look very scary... I just used microwave while I was there.

Wasn’t much that I didn’t like. Everytbing g let my expectation and the host was really nice .

Everything was clean and great no one Bothered they have a kitchen and people cook and conversate and make extra food it was a great stay. And I got the experience of staying in both a private room and the bunk beds and both were pretty much private and clean.

A lot of mosquitos outside! they should invest in repellent for guests. Their communication could be better. I requested a bottom bunk but they never answered to let me know if it was available. I saw roaches here and there in bathrooms but that is to be expected in tropical climate on an island.I had a positive experience here and would recommend for the value!

One of the cheapest hostels in San Juan. I enjoyed my stay overall. Great value. A lil far away in an odd area of town but short uber ride to anywhere. Staff are friendly kitchen is equipped showers outside in case the one on the room is being used. Common area outside is nice and chill. Bunkbeds are Ok but bed was comfy. Overall i had a good experience.

- No blankets were given and only sheets given to wrap you up - only one restroom per 2 3 dorms which is not adequate

- Good location, social environment and reasonable price - good common space and kitchens
