There is not much negative to say. If I had to nitpick, I would say the rough sand at the regular beach leaves some to be desired. Also this is a very family friendly resort, so yes there are children around, which is something to keep in mind if you like a more adults only place. There could be more night life things to do, however it is very close to surrounding towns, that you should go off the resort if able to anyway!

The property was absolutely gorgeous from the moment we arrived. the vibes are immaculate, you feel like you are on vacation and from the pool to the beach everything was on point! Please don’t listen to any of the negative reviews, as I promise they are wrong. We rented a car and we’re able to do several excursions that were close. The beach is CALM, and blue, however the beach to the right of the pool did have rough, coarse sand as some has described. That being said, go to the left. Walk past the pool and head towards the residential area/pool and I promise you will be met with soft sand and a small, but secluded beach area. if you go down further there is even a little swing with a Puerto Rican flag, great for Instagram pictures and completely secluded that just made for the most memorable, beautiful moments on our trip. The staff here was amazing and everyone made our stay just that much better ! From Ettian at the Lobby Bar who made some Killer sangria, to Milton at Water’s Edge who gave us some great recommendations with some awesome places to go, Steve at the Wet Bar, and Israel at the front desk we were so happy ! However, Nannette and Thais at Nori Asian Grill, just went above and beyond with customer service. We went back twice, and they made our hibachi night and our last night there absolutely wonderful ! I cannot say enough good things about them ! If you go, definitely ask for them ! Honorable mentions are Alejandro at Nectar and our hibachi chef Victor at Nori who said it was his first week, but was incredible nonetheless! The staff is what makes this place wonderful! Although, sitting under the beautiful stars at night, and listening to live music at the lobby bar also added to our experience. We will definitely come back here again !

I didn’t like how room was so far from check in, hotel was very far away from everything, on website it appears the restaurants are all inclusive sike.. very very expensive to eat & drink at the places on site…also when first checked into room i was greeted by a roach…$8 for a cup of coffee , no housekeeping , concierge and tour people never there !!! Beach bunch of rocks and seaweed. overall I wasn’t really impressed.,Puerto Rico It was ok, but I don’t think I’ll return for a while .

The main problem is the food. There's not enough options and it is highly over priced. Some of the restaurants were closed without any advanced warning as the Italian restaurant, the hibachi was closed, sports bar got closed at the afternoon and some days completely closed, and some of the food trucks. It felt as the hotel was empty and they minimized the options. We felt as we don't have any alternatives. $6 for a bad cup of coffee, $16 for a basic cocktail in the pool, $22 for basic pasta, $32 for pad Tai and so on.. The kids club is basic and poor, there are no evening entertainment as shows and parties. No surprises and activities in the pool.. Everything very basic and minimal. Very disappointing. We payed $5,000 for our stay and it's not worth it. The fitness center is very basic. looks out dated.

I like that the property was very cleaned and had the best views of the beach. It was a quiet oasis away from everything and everyone. upon arriving you are greeted by the wonderful staff who are friendly and ready to help with your belongings. Each room is modern and clean. The hotel is similar to a resort style and the best days to stay if you want to party or over the weekend. the best times to stay to get the ultimate relaxing experience is over the week days

The hotel should offer more night activities to entertain the guests since is a very secluted area and not much to do at night. Music at night in the lobby works great to entertain.

Everything from the view to the location of the room. I will recommend to anyone. The facilities were excellent and for families is the best. We usually visit every year but with the pandemic we haven’t been out , so we actually missed the hotel environment.

None of the staff working the resort outlets knew how to use the credit card machines. Also they were not friendly or welcoming. We stayed 6 days and 3 out of 4 staff were unfriendly.

Bed was comfy and pool side service was friendly and quick. Also the music in the atrium at night was great.
