We had a wonderful time living the island life for a few days. Our hosts were responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Glad to have the cooler to use as well as beach chairs and towels. Was nice to be able to make coffee and cook eggs to start each day. Loved sitting out on the porch as the view was amazing!

The property is in a great location with a great view from the balconies. My family rented all 3 units for a nice family vacation and we weren’t disappointed. All of the units came with refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishes for cooking and eating so we were able to make a nice breakfast for everyone each morning. The home itself is in very good condition, also. The rooms were very clean and the owner respected our privacy. We would definitely rent from them again. Very happy.

Water from shower runs onto the floor so needed a towel to keep water contained. Adding a beach umbrella would be a nice touch.

Very comfortable, clean studio with nice terrace overlooking the island and water. Appreciated having the cooler and beach chairs to use. Location was perfect to get around the island.

Good water view, we enjoyed watching boat traffic in the bay. This was our first time visiting the island and it was a good location for the things we wanted to see and do. Clean and tidy space, had everything we needed. Appreciated having beach chairs to use. You'll get your door code just 15 minutes before checking, so if you're a planner - relax. Three stories - host lives on the top floor, very friendly. Middle unit is also a rental. We rented the bottom unit and had little noise from upstairs guests. Hosts have good tips for groceries. Area was good to get a morning or evening walk. Parking is street side and that worked fine for our Jeep rental. As others have mentioned – roosters, yes! But not much the hosts can do about it. We would recommend this property.

It was super clean, comfortable with good location. I really liked the place is well organized, that all rules are clear and that it has quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. It shows that the owner wants to exceed expectations by always kindly answering any requests.

I have only two very minor nits. First, water from the shower could get the area around the toilet wet, simply because of how the curtain and shower floor are angled. Second, the directions to find the correct room were a little vague and it took several minutes to figure out once we arrived at the property. Once we found the correct room, though, it was smooth sailing.

The space was very clean and well laid out. The air conditioning worked great. Expectations and requests from the property manager were clearly laid out and totally reasonable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. There were even beach chairs and a small cooler provided, which we took advantage of for beach trips. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Just out of confusion because I wanted the same floor as the children, I had to go downstairs. Check in, you have to be flexible if they don't have anyone the day before and when the boat arrives, you have to carry luggage or they'll give you a break from carrying them, put them in a special space outside to luggage like when you enter the house with a key and they don't answer the cell phone until check-in time 😉🤣

Everything Very like the king bed, super spacious, good view. It has its security cameras and but with your private space, terrace, I loved the dynamics between owners because of it, that fascinated me. It had everything I needed, beach, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, bedding. The best thing is that if you have any questions, they will answer them right away.

The floor always felt damp, the shower leaked a lot of water into the rest of the bathroom which made the floor very slippery. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, even on the lowest setting. Some privacy, something separating the back studio from the one in the front would be great.

It was clean, the view was amazing, the balcony was welcoming, the location was pretty central, quiet and safe. It's a small island and this place was a great accommodation considering.

The only negative was that it was extremely difficult to get in touch with the owner if I needed help or had a question. Luckily there were no emergencies.
