We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe hotel room had an ocean view but not balcony and the window in the room did not open. The hotel bars and restaurants are very expensive. Definitely overpriced for what you get. Lastly, one of the hot tubs was not functioning during our stay.
Beautiful resort area and easy access to the beach.

United StatesHigh costs of everything - had a yogurt parfait for breakfast and was $13! Seems a little excessive. Two drinks at the bar was over $40! It made us leave the resort everyday for breakfast and cocktails before or after dinner.
Beach, Pools, Room and Staff. The staff was awesome - everyone was very accommodating, pleasant and professional! Specifically, Ernesto at the front desk was outstanding and made a huge impact on our stay from our check-in to accommodating us several times during our stay. He went above and beyond! Raphael at the concierge desk was also outstanding and very helpful during our stay - with restaurant and day trip recommendations. Several other staff was also excellent day in and day out- your staff is a key asset to the resort and big reason for our wonderful experience at La Concha!

United StatesSomeone charged a hefty bar tab to my room from the onsite nightclub that I did not even go to during my visit. Upon checkout I was told that this would be refunded to me but it involved making several phone calls over several weeks and getting the run around by various departments. I eventually just disputed the charge on my credit card and let them handle the situation, which they did resolve. I would recommend if you're allowing people to charge purchases to rooms, especially at the nightclub where you don't need to be a hotel guest to enter, you need to prove that you are indeed staying at the property at the room you're charging purchases to.
Good location in Condado, nice resort/facility, very nice and attentive staff members

United StatesI didn’t like how expensive this property was. There is a $100 per night incidental fee which I thought was ridiculous after spending over $1000 on a room. 2 drinks at any of the bars cost $45 & I think that’s ridiculous for the basic food options! The restaurants outside of the hotel in the perimeter area were much better & much more reasonably priced. There were also cracks in the window of our hotel room.
I loved the amenities. The club/lounge in the basement was pretty cool. The lobby bar was always playing music & gave a party feel in the evenings. The food service at the beach while you relax & they wait on you was 10/10. There were multiples pools & 2 jacuzzis. The best part was the view from our hotel room.

United StatesPools were very small. Very easy to get overrun by one family or group of kids. Love that there were two infinity pools- but again so small. I am used to infinity pools being a bit higher up than the sand, but they were not here. Maybe 10 steps up from the beach. Not enough umbrellas and sometimes chairs at the adult only pool. Not a lot of room to add any more. The main restaurant in all the pictures -was closed- or it appeared closed when we were there. But nothing was posted. The a/c in the room took some getting used to. No sign to say the ac isn’t on when you are out of your room (only if the balcony door was open), but it really appeared to be what was happening. It didn’t seem to help to adjust the temp ourselves - it always said 71. But it was clearly not 71 when we would arrive after our day. We learned that if you adjusted the fan, the room cooled off more quickly. We did wake up twice in the night and had to try and adjust the fan bc we got hot. Never figured out what the extra door was for- whether it tied to the AC or kept the noise down. Our phone didn’t have a dial tone, so when we called to ask- we couldn’t. I don’t remember the high cost of the resort fees when I booked- so was hugely surprised at my final bill upon checkout.
Property was clean. Location- on the beach and you could walk around the neighborhood and find all kinds of places to eat, if hotel restaurants aren’t your thing. The beaches are public and some little man sent from heaven sells pineapples w rum and sorbet/ice cream in them. Best $20 we spent. Truely delicious! The spa was lovely. Got two treatments there. The massage was just ok- I usually fall asleep, I did not hear. The most expensive facial was amazing. Not sure I’ll ever pay that much for a facial again, but it was the best. (They got my service wrong, bc we had talked about a couple different ones the day before. Prior to my service she said- you have the oxygen facial- I said, why not, it was my birthday. Even the card she gave me said- 55 min facial- which is what I had booked. I’m not mad, there was plenty of time to say- no I only wanted the 55 min on. I knowingly went along w the facial lady) I think they are still working their kinks out- when we booked one lady wrote everything down instead of putting it into the computer. She said we would get phone calls later to verify everything. Well my friend got a phone call but only bc when they did enter our appointments, someone had booked her time (bc you can schedule yourself online), so she had to choose a different time or different service. I never received a call. That could have been avoided had they entered it when we were in the spa picking our services. They did go above and beyond w cake and champagne for my birthday. We could have had a light lunch on their spa patio, but we didn’t know that ahead of time and had already had breakfast. It may help to tell clients to come 15 min early. We were a little late, and they said it was going to take time off our services, which I understand. Our flight was delayed 12 hours. They kept our luggage and let us use all the facilities and shower prior to leaving, which was so nice.

United StatesEverything inside the resort was expensive. We eat most of the times outside. We try the " buffet breakfast" $40/person but, I was not impress by the buffet so, we order from the menu. Of course alcohol was really expensive at the resort ( i do not drink but saw the prices on the menus) Some of the guests on our area were extremely loud...too much alcohol I guess...... The torus and attractions were very expensive through the hotel so, we bought it separate
Our rooms where facing the pool, we were not on the towers, and I like it that way. We could see the ocean from our windows, 2nd floor. The location was good, and there were some restaurants, like Orozco's and Ropa Vieja Restaurants that the food was good. Service people were very nice and resourceful

The location was great. The resort had a lot of amenities, easy access to the beach, and a lot of complimentary items. Also the staff was great. We were there for the Memorial Day holiday, so it was a lot of people in the hotel, but it didn't feel over crowded.

United StatesRoom was hot at night. Was moved to the older section of the resort after my reservation was messed up. And the Ac does work that good at all. The Room we was moved from was a regular room but everything was upgraded… When we was moved everything was old and out dated. No smart TV nothing to watch with a hot room. But room was clean…. Manager did say the side I was moved on is about to start getting remodeled…

United StatesVERY EXPENSIVE! After resort fees the cost was about $450 a night. That's a lot for a small room with no balcony and a tiny bathroom. The bed was comfortable and if you want an early night, the TV has full cable and streaming services. The main pool is a decent size but the other 2 pools are pretty small, especially by the beach. There were several days when children had taken over the small pool. Obviously this isn't the resort's fault, but be aware. Be aware that the bar closes at Midnight most nights, no exceptions. Not idea. Drinks are very expensive but good. I suppose that's the norm at "higher end" resorts..
This is a beautiful resort in an ideal location. The staff are fantastic and a pleasure to talk to for places to go and to learn about the culture.
