The property itself has all the charm of a bombed out war zone. The courtyard, such as it is, is under construction which can be heard in the morning from the room. There is no hot water, internet was broken, and roosters begin crowing at 3am and pretty much straight through lunch which makes it hard to sleep. The room was very spare and the private bathroom was shaved off the main room with a sliding door. They couldn't even be bothered to hang up the toilet paper holder. There was one towel per person which is a problem for a beach location. Don't bother.

The hotel itself is really bad. We didn’t receive the codes to access our room. One nice employee from the restaurant helped us to access our rooms. The room we got was dirty so at the end we got an upgrade room which was much better. Depending on where you are located the rooms can be very noisy as there is no isolation. On the last day we wanted to leave our bags in a safe place and they told us to put them in lockers without locks that are basically left alone. Our bags almost couldn’t fit in those lockers. Really disappointing as anyone can take our stuff. We wouldn’t come back there.

Next to a bar that blasts music until 1 am. Mold in the bathroom. Not friendly staff. Overpriced for what you get.

There were stray cats. The whole property had a gravel ground so we had to carry our luggage/suitcases. The A/C blew right onto the pillows so it wasn't very pleasant to sleep in the breeze. No curtains to darken the room.

It was close to the coast. There were several restaurants close by. It was a 15-minute taxi drive from Vieques ferry terminal. It was clean. It would be a nice place to stay, if it was for travelers on a budget, but the cost is way too high for what you get.

Room, cleanliness, and everything. I checked out with in 1 hour of the check in. It was shared washroom and the washroom so dirty . I told them they didn't even care to ask anything ...said just ok .. Common someone checking out with in 1 hour ....can't you ask what I can do...tat tells wat customer service is....I want booking.com to get my refund really

This place is great! Would definitely stay here again! Everyone was super nice and accommodating, the property was really cute, the room was adorable, clean, safe & comfy. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the internet worked perfectly - and even the food at Lazy Jacks was yummy! So glad I booked this place. Being a solo female traveler I felt really safe and was in the perfect location. The bartenders at Lazy Jacks were really helpful to tell me all the fun things to do on the island and offer wonderful suggestions on places to go that I hadn't even heard of! Overall, I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when I come back!

No fuss, no muss. Self checking with key in a lockbox. Never saw anyone else. A hostel so very basic but not noisy despite restaurant right next door.

Lazy Jack restaurant that is from the same owners its open until late night so its great to have a places to eat for late snacks, drinks or if you came in from a late travel.

It is in the heart of the nightlife so there is going to be some noise, we knew that and didn’t mind.

The hostel now guest house now provides individual rooms rather than hostel bunk beds. The extra space, private shower and personal bathroom was very nice. Air conditioning was quiet and effective. I had wifi too!

No support. No staff in sight. Not a whiff of a staff member my entire stay. The roof leaked on to my backpack and clothing when it rained.

We never saw the staff. If there’s an emergency you must call them, which is not convenient if your using an European number. No one come to clean in 3 days. a few things (minor stuff) disappear from the room.

We rented 2 rooms and one of the rooms was missing the A/C remote. However, we were able to use the remote from the other room. They are not not up and running 100% so they didn’t have a common eating or kitchen area and no refrigerator.

Clean, had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked well. Our rooms had private bathrooms. Good location- walk to beach, restaurants, market. WiFi access. I did not mind waking up to the rooster’s call.

It was dirty and when I went to bed my sheets were mouldy. It was 1am when I discovered them so we had to sleep in our damp towel. It was very apparent by the huge dead spider on the floor and the mouldy sheets they just remade the dirty bed. Figure person before must of had a wet towel or bathing suit making sheets damp and cleaner never changed them out. Either way .. they were dirty. Talked to manager next day and she didn’t really care. Wasn’t looking for 5 star but it was gross
