United StatesNo hand soap, kleenex(nose tissue paper), and no hair dryer in the rooms was a bit disappointing, and to be honest, the bathroom in general was pretty disappointing. There is absolutely no airflow in the bathroom and because the environment is so humid/tropical, it takes one warm shower to leave the bathroom soaking wet for the entire stay which didn't feel pleasant. If they can fix the bathroom the stay would have been significantly better. Apart from the bathroom being a let down though, I would say the overall experience was good
This property has both onsite parking, and an onsite restaurant which was very nice. The overall aesthetic and landscaping on the property made the experience feel very special and the pool and hottub were both enjoyed by myself and my wife. Plenty of lounging spaces to relax and enjoy the view, and the proximity to Rincon and the surrounding attractions was very much liked by me and my family.

United StatesYou walk 52 steps back and forth to ur room. No bar open like on their website. Only one place is open after 2 pm to eat at. The parking is a nightmare 😫 its on the steepest hill ever. I was tired just getting to my room and back.

United StatesWe were disappointed: the poolside bar was closed during the week, there was no breakfast (despite having booked a room including breakfast), no working wifi in the room, and the room was not cleaned well (hairs in bathroom and bedroom, a big stain on the duvet cover).

United StatesWifi did not work, which is ridiculous! On complaining at later in the night, I was told "there are rooms where wifi signals are very weak, and we cannot do anything at this moment". Well- if thats the case- dont advertise the room as a wifi room. This is simple deception and fraud.
