The cleaning lady was exceptional taking care of all our requests. The night manager help us because a health situation that occur due to an allergy emergency. Tania was great coordinating our stay. Thanks so much for the experience . 🙂🙂🙏🏻

Too many stairs, not so accesible parking, didn’t have coffee maker or microwave the restaurant was closed.

Localization, the nature, pool, view, responded very well when the A/C didn’t work.

restaurants and bars are closed and bring your mosquito spray. Your not going to find gorgeous gardens like these without mosquitoes at night. lots of stairs

The parking was good but it was not really clear where to park. More signs would help.

The roof in the common area is licking. there’s no administrative personal after 7pm in the hotel.

Room did not have microwave as advertised. Website claims complimentary coffee which didn't happen. Hairdryer is offered but there were only two for the entire place.

Nice room with balcony. Friendly staff. Good location - convenient (short drive) to restaurants, beaches, shopping and Rincon.

i think it would have been great if the restaurant/bar were open all the days we were there (closed on Wednesday and Thursday)

No hand soap, kleenex(nose tissue paper), and no hair dryer in the rooms was a bit disappointing, and to be honest, the bathroom in general was pretty disappointing. There is absolutely no airflow in the bathroom and because the environment is so humid/tropical, it takes one warm shower to leave the bathroom soaking wet for the entire stay which didn't feel pleasant. If they can fix the bathroom the stay would have been significantly better. Apart from the bathroom being a let down though, I would say the overall experience was good

This property has both onsite parking, and an onsite restaurant which was very nice. The overall aesthetic and landscaping on the property made the experience feel very special and the pool and hottub were both enjoyed by myself and my wife. Plenty of lounging spaces to relax and enjoy the view, and the proximity to Rincon and the surrounding attractions was very much liked by me and my family.

You walk 52 steps back and forth to ur room. No bar open like on their website. Only one place is open after 2 pm to eat at. The parking is a nightmare 😫 its on the steepest hill ever. I was tired just getting to my room and back.

Small room, no shelving in shower, small bathroom, no hooks to hang things inside.

We had a tsunami warning, nice to be high on the hill. Good restaurant. Outside patio! Drying rack outside for bathing suits.

We were disappointed: the poolside bar was closed during the week, there was no breakfast (despite having booked a room including breakfast), no working wifi in the room, and the room was not cleaned well (hairs in bathroom and bedroom, a big stain on the duvet cover).

Wifi did not work, which is ridiculous! On complaining at later in the night, I was told "there are rooms where wifi signals are very weak, and we cannot do anything at this moment". Well- if thats the case- dont advertise the room as a wifi room. This is simple deception and fraud.
