The only thing we did not like was that we were asked to pay in cash or PayPal, which to our knowledge at least was not specifically stated beforehand. Nevertheless given Gabi’s overall presence we obliged.

Naütik is a stylish, spacious apartment with an excellent view located in a posh building in Fajardo. The apartment has all the necessary amenities and Gabi (the owner) is a very pleasant person with happy personality who took the extra step to buy a new pillow and bring it to the apartment when I asked for a firm pillow instead of a soft one.

Absolutely nothing to complain about!

Beautifully decorated, fantastic location . Gaby , our host, was the highlight, he was thoughtful , friendly and made our stay even more special. Huge deck in the shade at end of a hot day, walking distance to restaurants, the water always within view, inspiring sunrise- nothing to complain about. Parking and security was the cherry on top.

The host Gaby is fantastic. He is extremely responsive and helpful. I’d rent from Gaby again. The condo was on the ground floor and had a fantastic porch in the front.

We loved our three nights at the Nautik. The apartment is close to the activities starting from Fajardo so we didn't need to take the car. We were also able to visit Luquillo and El Yunque, very easy to get to. Gaby was a great host! My daughter enjoyed feeding the fish!

Our stay at Nautik ocean front was amazing, very comfortable and clean, the ocean front view was spectacular. Gabby the host was so hospitable and made sure our stay there was enjoyable. We loved the sounds of the waves and the wind chimes on patio. Wish we could've stayed longer. Can't wait to go back! P.S don't forget to feed the fish😊

I don't have much to say- it's amazing... If I nit-pick, I could say the disposal in the kitchen has a bit of a smell and needs to be cleaned, and the fighting fish needs a friend in the empty tank😆! Other than that, it's PERFECT!

Our condo was beautifully decorated with attention to every detail. It sets the bar! This time we got to to brunch at El Playero- so close down the road and so good! We love Gaby's places and will always return!

The owner, Gabby, was friendly and so helpful in providing information about the location that made our trip more enjoyable. We had everything we needed in the studio to meet our needs. Great for a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Security was reassuring and we had no safety concerns. I loved the nautical decor theme - looked professionally decorated! The ocean view and sunrise was absolutely beautiful! We stayed for 10 days and could have stayed longer if we had more time. Everyone working on the property was professional and curteous!

Cleanliness. There were crumbs in the bed, dusty, communal toiletries, stains, dirt. Wasn’t convinced it had been cleaned prior to our stay. Smelled a little musty. Arrived around 1130am and didnt get a chance to put parking pass in window until next morning. We came out to the car with a large orange sticker attached to the window and we could not get it off. The car had been registered with security and they still put the sticker on the window, forcing us to get cleaning supplies just to take it off.

The room and location were good, except for a strong odor in the kitchen area. We had to feed the fish. Payment was initially made via credit card during booking, but the owner later requested cash, which was inconvenient as cards weren't accepted. Additionally, there was no coffee or tea available. Overall, considering these factors, I felt the value for money was slightly high.

Sometimes I feel confuse about if I can use the pool because have a sign indicate only owners registered.
