There were quite a number of small cockroaches and a couple of medium ones all around. I also found a few hairs belonging to someone else on the pillowcase.

We checked in remotely via text and it was difficult to get a reply back in a timely manner both to store our bags and later to check in to our room. We ended up doing both but the process could have been smoother.

The room was very clean and comfortable overall.

No one at the reception, checkout instructions arrived too late Very basic (no knives, almost no eating equipment, nowhere to put out clothes) Very noisy

Location is the best possible on the island. The terrace is adorable.

    Cockroaches in our room

Nice, big room with private bathroom, which was nice. The fridge and microwave were great. Towels included which was nice, too. Beds were comfy. Location is great, close to everything!

Noise in the area woke us up. No coffee filters or coffee or tea but these were advertised. All white interior paint was harsh on the eyes.

Attractive paint on outer building. Hot shower. Great deck area on the water. Convenient location.Good pillows.

The new management, is bad. Isn’t really a hotel anymore as is stated. Is more like Airbnb. Self check out. They charges you for holding your bags now. Where most hotels do it for free, is not as clean as it used to be.

    Is near shops and port

There were roaches, a lot of them in the bathroom. The owner said they fumigate every month.

The location is good, the manager was helpful and patient enough to help us with credit card issues.

This is the list of things that I did not like: 1. The room for 4 people next to the reception desk which I believe is room #9, the windows and beds are located in a wall next to the sidewalks and a road so for people with a light sleep cycle could be an issue due to noises (earplugs are a good idea). 2. The whole room was well cleaned smelling good including the bathroom but they should replace the shower head because it was not clean. Everything else was perfect, we had a positive experience and if I had to stay again in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to do so!

This is the list of things that I did like: 1. Good customer service. 2. Clean property. 3. Location is close (walkable distance) to the ferry terminal, restaurants, a tiny grocery store and to a bakery. 4. The extra charge for a storage locker is worth it because the closet was big. 5. The back area of the property has tables next to the water canal along with an appropriate volume level of music (very relaxing atmosphere). 6. The management always answered our phone calls without any delays. 7. Safe place to stay. Side note: I recommend you to bring insect repellent because it is completely normal on an island to deal with mosquitoes and also I will suggest keeping your room door closed.

The bad part is the virtual check in. Nobody on the property to help, just a phone number. Our TV don't start, message the property and one hour later the response was to check the electrical connection, wich was the same thing I did one hour before. No more answer, still waiting for a message and I am at my home . No instructions for check out, I guess I have to put the key in a box in front of the office because it says "keys" in front. Next time I'll think about staying again. For the price I payed there are better options.

The location super good, centrally located and walking distance to restaurants and the port. Super clean room, well equipped with stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, fridge, tv with cable.

Not enough hooks and no shelf in bathroom or shower.

The property is very located. It is a good value for the price. We were told by ferry staff upon arrival there were no seats left on the ferry for days. We called the hotel owner and she told us to go back and tell them we had hotel reservations. They let us on the ferry.

Some place to hang wet stuff or more hangers in the bathroom would be appreciated.

It is greatly located near to the Ferry Station in Culebra. Has the basics for a short stay. AC worked well. Not big, but enough space to move around for two people. We just slept there and were all day out, so was all in all suitable.

We came into apartment and there was cockroach in the sink, which is kinda okey for Puerto Rico i guess it happens from time to time. Worse problem were dirty towels. There was black blotch on every towel and after i called the lady to get us new towels she told me your towels are clean they were washed ( she didnt see them). After few minutes somebody brought the towels and they were clean.

Location was good, close to restaurant area, beach. Room was spacious with AC and nice bathroom.

They charge $20 for parking whereas another hotel we stayed at in Culebra had free parking. Rooms are pretty small. Staff are all bilingual, which is good, but as is the case with many hotels or restaurants in PR, staff susses you out upon first sight to determine if they think you speak Spanish or not and will likely assume you don't if you dont look especially hispanic. Only reason this is a problem is you might appreciate practicing Spanish while in PR but staff here and some other places won't indulge you, which is a shame as it's a missed opportunity. If I spoke Spanish, even without errors, they kept speaking back to me in English which is actually a bit insulting. Note that rooms are not cleaned daily here if you're looking for that.

Ability to check in at 2 was good but counter to that you have to check out at 10. Great central location. Nice outdoor area by water with bar at night

No coffee in the room (and it said on our booking there would be), hair in the bed and shower when we arrived, mosquitos also in room. Noisy street (if that bothers you)

Paper thin walls, windows that do not close so you can hear all street noise. They are the types of windows that do not have glass insulation. Revving cars, bar music, or any conversation can be heard outside or in the hallways because of the thin walls. Thankfully, it was a relatively quiet night.

Walking distance from the ferry terminal.
