“There was a problem with the electricity in the room 103 and starting with 9 p.m. we didn't have power in the room. The electric panel was making crackling noises and we tried to get someone on the phone. The phone rang at the reception and starting with 8 p.m. there's no one there anymore that can help. We also wrote messages but no one answered.
We didn't know if the issue was something to be concerned about so we didn't have a good sleep at all.”
“All good. Considering the price, have to say this is a v good place to stay. Clean! There is also a public living room and kitchen to used. It’s like an albergue but more comfortable than that.!”
“Everything! We arrived later then the check-in and they offered us an alternative for it. Also made sure we could still have dinner/snacks. Nuno is a great host! They've even upgrade our room because we were staying longer.”

How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
And finally, a review
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
