The treadmill of ginasium was in bad condition, the room electrical plug where you put the card to switch the lights on is in bad condition, and the doors no isolate the noise and air.

A bit thin walls (noisy neighbours) and the annoying flashing light of the fire alarm on the room ceiling just above the bed.

Nice rooms with balcony, good breakfast by the pool, parking, not far away from the beach, some stores and restaurants are just next door, a nice place to stay.

Parking within the grounds is very limited and each space requires careful manoeuvring. On the other hand there is plenty of safe free parking nearby outside the grounds so it should not be a serious problem. We would have appreciated a kettle in our room.

It is an excellent location for a relaxing quiet holiday. The gardens and pool area are very well maintained. The staff - Alfonso, Pedro and Debora are all very pleasant and couldn't be more helpful.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome! The hotel is located a short walk to the beach. You can also walk along the street above the beach into an area of restaurants and shops of all types. (It's about a 20 minutes walk)

No electrical outlet by the bed to charge my phone.

Clean with a nice bathroom and balcony. Love the exterior roll down shades! Close to several nice beaches and a short walk down the boardwalk for dinner and shopping.

The bed was hard and lumpy

Great location to the beach and walking distance to several restaurants. The pool was clean but not heated. There was no available coffee in the room or elsewhere unless we purchased breakfast.

No place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. From the nearby hotel we could hear a music every evening, fortunately nothing very loud, no wild party and at 11 pm always end.

Have electric kettle in the room. We wanted to make a tea for medical purpose but had a hard time to get hot water.

Struggled to find any english channels but it wasn’t that much of a problem we didn’t watch it very often

They got everything right for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. It was spotless the breakfast was lovely and so are the staff . I liked the room and the shutters were so useful air-con was great .

A bit walking down to the beach. Ok for short stay or if you anyways go out by car.

Pretty modern and one of the best options we could find for Portimão. We did not get disappointed for what we wanted and expected. Good, strong shower is always a plus!!

a bit misleading about the parking

clean, excellent check in with The first gentleman we worked with. I was disappointed bc there are only 8 spaces for parking buy he helped us secure parking and he encouraged us to keep reservation although i was hesitant. Breakfast was lovely and 5 minutes to beach. Great value
