In-room patios not really very useful. Breakfast eating area not very comfortable.

Reception staff, especially Sonia, were very helpful and friendly. Nice variety of breakfast choices, and good coffee. Bathrooms were clean and modern. Bed was comfortable.

It's a little bit out from centre, well 30 min walk but metro is close by.

The breakfast was lovely, nice outdoor place. Staff were very friendly on reception. Room was very clean.

It’s a bit hard to find the entrance is small and it has a plant ornament in front that covers the sign for the hotel.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was substantial and varied. The location was good and within a 15-20 min walk to the centre. A supermarket nearby was useful.

I didn't know when I got to the property how to get in or where to go, perhaps I missed those instructions? I didn't know there was a reception desk. My gps got confused with some area construction and I had trouble walking back from city center. I think an information link or packet about public transport in the area would be very helpful and welcom.

My room was small but perfectly fine. I would have really loved to have a kettle in my room. The breakfast was great! The bathroom was clean and there was lots of hot water. I do miss having a bidet, even the hose kind next to the toilet.

The initial room booked was much smaller than in the pictures. We upgraded to a bigger room - studio. There were ants all over the room and also in the bathroom.

I liked everything.

The hotel was really clean and in a good location. The staff were super friendly and did anything to help us. We felt really comfortable here and the room was lovely. It was also amazing to have breakfast on our own balcony. Breakfast had a lot of options. It was a great stay and I would stay here again if I returned to Lisbon.

The stairs going to the bedroom area from the kitchen were ackward in depth and height. Shower was tiny and water didn't drain well.

In our room, there was a smell of humidity, because of the rain. The AC was broken as well, so it was king of embarrassing

Breakfast, had to choose a time the day before, and at peak times there was no seating and sometimes there was reduced choice of food on the later "sittings". Not enough seats when weather is not good to sit outside. Toilet in room in need of renovation. Room was a little damp.

Staff friendly and always tried to accommodate requests. For us the location was good, we walked a lot and discovered places outside of the old town. Metro (underground) is 5-10 minutes away. Good local restaurants can be found. Old town is about 30 minutes walk from the hotel.
