There should have been drawers in the room to store smaller items of clothing. On two days my room was not cleaned and tidied until 4.00 pm which was far too late. On both days I pressed the switch for my room to be made up when I went out at 10.00 am.

There was an excellent selection for breakfast. Dinner in the evening was of a high standard. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the old town .

I was a little disappointed that the hotel restaurant wasn’t as good as the rest of the hotel. However there are plenty of restaurants in the area to chose from.

The hotel itself is very attractive and well appointed. The bedrooms are good and the bathrooms exceptionally luxurious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Carolina, the Guest experience manager, arranged good trips and managed to reschedule them when the weather was unfavourable. They also had good restaurant and concert ideas

The location was great, being right in the old town. The staff was really nice and helpful. The housekeeping was excellent. The rooftop with an infinity pool was great for relaxing and the view. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The bed was comfortable and there were lots of pillows!

We had a suite was was little smaller than I expected. The bath did not drain after I’d used it, the cleaning staff had been in after but not drained the bath so I had to ask at reception to have it looked it. There was a problem with the plug however it still was resolved so didn’t use the bath again

There was a very noisy nightclub next door that kept us awake all Saturday night. Despite rain being typical on the island, there were no umbrellas available for guests. Both times we asked we were told they were all checked out.

The location is extremely convenient to restaurants and the gondola that takes you up the mountain. Breakfast was good.

Didn’t ask for a credit card for room charges at checkin. Resulted in me having to leave the pool area after my beer had been poured, go back to room, get the credit card…. Clearly this a petty comment. Just ask everyone if they want to be able to make room charges at checkin. Again, minor and absolutely would recommend.

The hotel is beautiful, minimal and calm neutral colors but not boring just relaxed elegance. The marina view from the roof is lovely. The bathroom is modern with nice thick towels. The bed is extremely comfortable.

No view from room, OK I did not pay for one. Towels only just OK, for the cost of the room expected them to be plusher. Not much storage space in room

24 Hour manned reception very nice to have, staff very helpful. Very nice room, quiet air-con, very comfortable bed and pillows. Very convenient for town, but room was still quiet.

Nothing. Only small issues we had were that we had requested twin beds (and this was mentioned by the receptionist when we checked in) and got a double - however the bed was so large it really didn’t bother us. If also requested early check in and had an email saying this was confirmed by the hotel and would be no extra charge - however when we arrived there was no record of this. If you offer this then the process should be better to ensure you capture it - by not doing this it gave us something to be disappointed about! We were able to put our luggage in a room and go sit on the terrace so it was ok.

Amazing location in the centre of Old Town by the marina- easy access to buses, taxis, boat trips and all the restaurants and shops. Lovely rooftop pool and bar area, very smart hotel with high quality fittings, clean and well-maintained. When we arrived the greeting was super-friendly as well.
