Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RussiaI had an amazing one month staying at the place! A quiet, cosy, surrounded by nature with an incredible view over the valley from the window and the room and all the common areas comfortable, warm and clean. Alexander and his wife are wonderful and welcoming hosts who thought of every little detail to make my stay the most comfortable possible, helping with any requests and occasionally even treating the guest with a home cooked dinner. Alexander would regularly drive us to a large Lidl and Continente for shopping and also even took me and other guests on a sightseeing trip. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves nature and is looking for a long stay for remote work or leisure.

CanadaKitchen is pretty small , but on the other side it was good to know and be considerate of other guests in sharing a small space . We wish we stayed longer!
Beautiful location overlooking The Valley , very green , secluded. The owner Alexandre and his wife Mimi are taking excellent care of you , always there when you need them . There are events every week - we had beautiful sunset yoga session , a private concert and a pizza night ! Great way to get to know Portuguese way of living. Large double room with private balcony , monitor and a desk in your room to work privately , in addition to coworking space and plenty of outside working tables ( there are electrical sockets outside ) . Paradise of coworking !

IrelandThere wasn’t a single moment I didn’t enjoy
From the moment I arrived, until the moment I got on the plane home. I felt welcome and at home. Only the beautiful views, the meticulous kept property were an added bonus. I encourage everyone to stay here and see it for themselves. Truly incredible!

GermanyAs I am a city person and not so used to cook on my own I missed a nearby restaurant or kebap in Roge. Another thing was the hiking trails: sometimes they led over roads with car traffic without a footpath. That took some getting used to. I recommend a good hiking app.
I stayed there as a digital nomad and planned to work there. I had the smallest room (just a bed and a small cabinet), but that was enough. Right in front of my room was a table, that I used for meals or online conferences. On the floor was a shared bath room and a little kitchen with kettle, microwave, fridge and a capsule coffee machine. The shared area were across the courtyard and consisted of a kitchen with 2 induction hobs, microwave, deep fryer, fridge and freezer. There was also an area with a TV and sofa. The centrepiece is the co-working area, which is equipped with comfortable chairs and screens. The WiFi was all over the location very good. The landscape is fantastic. It's located between the Magic Mountains and near the hiking trail "O Vale Mágico" (The Magic Valley). You can hike there for hours in beetween green. As this is pure countryside (the village is called Roge), a car is more or less the way to go. Alexandre, the owner, has therefore a shuttle service to Porto airport and every week there is a day to buy together dialy things in Vale de Cambra by car. There is also a little shop in the village (200m), that is open from 7am to 11am with a selection of daily items. If you are a good walker, you can walk to the shops in Vale de Cambra (around 40 to 50 minutes) – I did this really often to combine hiking with getting things.

ChinaInconvenience of the grocery. This house lies a little far from the city centre but fortunately the landlord will drive you form time to time so it's not a big problem.
This is such a gorgeous and marvelous coliving valley near Porto. Everything is beyond my expectation. Here you can live your own quiet and cozy life but will never get bored because you can find several friends here. I would highly recommend this place given its low price, good neatness and harmonious atmosphere.

GermanyWir haben wirklich darüber nachgedacht, aber uns fällt nichts ein. Menschen die das Großstadt leben wollen brauchen ein eigenes Verkehrsmittel.
The valley is an amazing place with high standards, high speed stabil internet 24/7, modern facilities, cozy rooms and extraordinary service! It included cleaning, transport, some weekly excursions and towels! It's a must see as a nomad, it gives both enough room and activities to either relax or be active! - they have a nice page with trips, activities and a map about the neighborhood. Me and my girlfriend stayed for 1 month, our room was super modern and cozy and came with a balcony that has a stunning view! We had high speed wifi in all areas and both of us could do calls all the time with no issues. All rooms gets cleaned by cleaning personal every week, and we had 4 different towels. The garden is an Oasis with a unique nourishing energy, the whole place is quite and relaxed you hear no cars! the mountain view is beautiful and The co-work is a great spot too and has a communal space attached. We had much fun and many laughs, the trips were beautiful and unique, we had some events like bbq and pizza night too! It was a month we will never forget, we came really much back to ourselves and grounded here. Alexandre and his wife were always super friendly and helpful and always improve if something is missing.

United KingdomThe place is quite isolated (about 45 minutes walk from the town) so this is something to be aware of, although the hosts do daily lifts to/from the town if required
The place is stunning and basically brand new. The communal rooms have every appliance you could want, such as air fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, water filter etc... There is weekly cleaning and the WiFi is super fast (over 500mbps next to the router). There is also a bakery right outside the place where you can get cheap and fresh bread and pastries. They have e-bikes to rent. Finally the hosts Alexandre and Mimi are super nice and helpful. They provided us with lots of information on things to do around the area, also helped me do groceries and even provided airport pickup/drop off.
