Everything was excelent.

Well simply put this was one of the best city hotels I've ever stayed in my life. Super clean, comfy, modern, friendly staff, very good breakfast, no noise mini fridge or air condicionate. I was impressed and will stay here again next time I come to Porto. I read people complaining about the parking garage but I didn't use it because it was not so hard to just find parking outside.

In the beginning, I didn't get all introduction about the facilities and enough information about how great breakfast I can have and I did the mistake of not accepting the offer even with the good discount that was offered. Thanks to my curiosity I walked around and found a gym and a beautiful restaurant and only after discovering I decided to try the best breakfast in the world!

Absolutely amazing experience! Extremely high level of quality of everything, service, hospitality. I extended my stay 3 times because was not able to leave my comfort zone. Breakfast was just simply the best I ever seen in my life. I was asked many times if everything is fine, if I need something. Management and staff you are the best! Many thanks for your job. Highly recommended. Hope to see you again asap!

The area isn't super pretty and the building itself has an oldish look I have asked many times for an electricity adaptor but there was only one available for the clients; from a four star hotel I would have expected to be more helpful on something so easy

Instructions for parking and how to access reception after parking in the garage were not provided. I had to phone reception to get her to come down and let me in the building from the garage. Breakfast was advertised as finishing at 1100 but in the middle of breakfast at 1035h, I was informed by dining room staff that they were closed. This made me feel rushed and even though I was told I could still grab food and take it to my table, I did not enjoy the experience as much as I should have, having arrived in plenty of time before 1100.

Simply one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. The decor, lighting, natural wood cabinets, flooring, and tiles were exceptional! The TV was huge with smart features and the bed was super comfy! The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and included everything you could wish for!

The electrical system for the lights is a pain.. Sophisticated and ridiculously complicated. I had to get on my knees to decipher the symbols on the tiny switch unit. Located at the height readable only by 4 years old kid. Needs to be less tech-nerd oriented.

Perfect location! Very near the beautiful beach, a major grocery store/deli, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Lovely, well furnished and comfortable rooms, which were also soundproofed from the street with windows closed. Plus, the staff was really welcoming, helpful and fun to talk with; especially patient with my desire to try to have conversations in Portuguese. They all spoke fluent English, but were so encouraging and kind about my not-great Portuguese. Thank you!
