We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyWifi was not very stable in the room.
Mary is a very nice host. She always helps when there is something unclear. Room was nice and clean and also bathroom with bathtub. A cute small dog always welcomed us when entering the flat. Free capsule coffee and some snacks were always there for us.

South AfricaShared bathroom.Not central unless you have a car.Broken Aircon in room. ( Was not part of accommodation) but take it out if not working or planning to use it. Swimming pool ( not part of accommodation) so we could not use it. Dogs barking next door until early hours. It was 40 Deg and the fan in room was old rusted and not efficient. Bar fridge for 3 couples. So not much space.

SerbiaWe were supposed to dry clothes (swimsuit, towels…) in the room/bathroom instead outside on the balcony, which was unusual.
Rooms very nice and clean. Snacks and water provided in the common area to consume in the house. Big and good equipped shared bathroom.

United KingdomRoom and balcony was overlooked by surrounding villas. Location was on a hill and a bit far from beaches and town centre which was fine for us but other people might struggle with the walk. Property has a live in host with small children which again was fine but something to be aware of.
Great sized room with a huge comfy bed, built in wardrobes and aircon. Incredible bathroom with walk in shower, bath and two sinks which was clean, modern and hosts provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even after sun moisturiser. Large balcony which caught the sun. Communal fridge and coffee machine outside of room with complimentary snacks, juice and water. On street parking which was quiet so always spaces available.

AustraliaThe property was good though you do need to take into account its location and distance from the old town, especially if you don’t have transport and you’re not so fit. Fortunately, we had no problem with the location and especially enjoyed visiting Lidl when we walked into town or home.
We had a lovely room with a large balcony and bathroom. There was lots of space to store our clothes which is always appreciated. On the landing of the second floor the host had offered an assortment of provisions to make our stay more comfortable. (Beach towels, tea, coffee and water, paper cups, plates etc) This was appreciated though perhaps a small fridge would be useful too. Our host was always prompt with any queries we had during the stay.

FranceI adore this place! The room is beautiful, the bathroom is very large with a bathtub and a shower! The cleanliness is impeccable! The bed is very comfortable! Very cocooning. We have breakfast available. And little dog Billy gave me a lovely welcome. Thank you for everything ! I recommend 100%: very good value for money.
