There's not really a reception and/or receptionist(so any complex questions or issue, or anything related to your stay it's hard and limited for the Volunteers-receptionist to solve or help you with, you'll have to try to contact the owners preferably. A constructive criticism now: I think is very important and will be a must if you specify that the bunk beds are not normal 2floors bunk beds but 3 in 1 (that helps to calculate the real space a person has to sleep/bed wise). And the Use of bathrooms time (15 mins use policy) it's a little harsh and short, example: shaving+ shower time is too short. Other than that, I believe this hostel has a good potencial to become better. Costumer-treat trainings also will be great for your business.

The hostel is kept clean, towels, bedsheets and corridors. Has a keycode-door access(so you can go in or out anytime). The volunteers (that do the job of temporary receptionist) try to help in whatever in on their hands to do so.

Far from center of Lisbon, dirty streets around..

The staff was nice, get there late 30 min late to check in hour and they met us with smile (added couple euro for that), the shared bathroom was clean, room clean, free parking next to the hostel.

The room gets hot for the amount of people that sleep in the same room. The bunk beds are not stable, every time someone moved the whole bunk bed would move. Not very comfortable when 3 people sharing on bunk bed.

There were three bunk beds, I got the center one, I had one on the top and one on the bottom. I couldn't get up in my bed because the bed wouldn't sit up, would crawl up into the bed and then couldn't even change the crotch because the bed made so much noise. When I got out of bed once in the morning with difficulty, I did not go again because I had to go into bed with my head down, which was difficult. The biggest problem is that the person cannot sit in the beds, the head is on top. A person who sleeps on the top bed can touch the ceiling of the room.

The location was good. The staff was also very nice. The place was also clean but very small. The kitchen was also very good but at the same time too small for many people as breakfast time in the morning became more crowded. The dining area was very small. Washrooms were also nice and clean. Everything else can be adjusted but the setting of the room and beds is not good at all.

This hostel has a casual, laidback culture, which is fine, but not excellent. There isn't very much room for the staff and guests to use the kitchen at the same time. The beds move and make noise when you move, so I felt bad every time I moved. It would be nice if the staff could space out the guests because there were plenty of empty beds.

Beds are very small and its difficult to get into them. People can be weird and the bathrooms are often busy.

The worst thing is there were coakroaches on the terrasse and also one inside near the kitchen the day I left. I think maybe they came from holes in the ground, walls or ceiling that should be filled up. The bunks of 3 beds are quite noisy and the « ceiling » of the bed is very low. The wifi practically isn’t working in the bedrooms.

The neighbourhood is calm, there is a bus stop nearby (but 25-30 minutes to the center). The staff is nice but it would be easier for them and for the visitors if they could speak better English in my opinion. The other visitors I dealt with were pretty respectful. The kitchen is quite completely furnished and basically the equipment is ok. Generally it was rather clean because there is a lady cleaning every day. It’s the visitors who sometimes left the bathroom or so dirty. There are sufficiently big lockers for each person in the bedroom

Ladies shower on 2nd floor smelt of urine. Shower cubicle could be slightly more spacious as it is very difficult to get dried & changed in the existing cubicles. There is no kitchen to prepare meals and in most hostels that is usually a given so folks can cook their meals. Overall the place was good. Great location for me. Staff were amazing. It was clean & tidy with fresh linen.

I didn't have the breakfast as I don't eat until after 11am bit it looked very good except the fruit looked a little over ripe

The room was a bit too small, the bedsheets were dirty and in the bin there was some trash left probably from the previous guests.

The bathroom was quite big and cleaner than the room.
