In the day someone went into our room and took Monday out of our bags

We arrived at 11:50pm but there is no reception and call for checkin. Man picked call and said there is no space so can not checkin after 10pm and he say that no need To pay for this bookin but price is already deducted from my account. How can we arrive before 10 pm because our flight is delay. I inform by message that we will arrive before 11:55pm but no reply from hotel management

I had booked an extra night at the hostel, when I arrived I was told there was a problem with my booking and that there wasn't room for me, I had to spend extra money to have a night in another hostel and I wasn't offered any refund or recompense even though I contacted booking.com and Suites and Beds, I was told that my booking no longer existed at this point, I am very disappointed

The location is dirty, and outside the center. The staff is absent and is basically a villa self-managed by the tourists.

I was happy with all the facilities in the Vila. Swimming pool, kitchen,room, around vila, clean and hospitality from 2 girls 👭 Juliana and Maiara. So friendly and hard workers girls.

They did not let us check in, and the staff was very rude. no one was available at the reception, although we paid the rent in full in advance. but they did not let us stay. worst experience ever. despite of paying in full, we just wanted to stay in their lobby, but the owner was very angry, threatened us that they will call the police. we informed them earlier that our flight was delayed, but they did not pay any heed. we had left in the middle of the night. I and my friend stayed outside on the roads ..were completely helpless.

Worst behaviour I have ever received in my life. We missed the check in time. Then I requested them to let us sit in the guest room at least. We paid our money and the response we get was terrible. We were waiting in the garden in a cold night. They threatened us to leave the place, otherwise they told us that they will call the police. It was a late night. We missed the check in time we agreed. They should at least let us stay in the garden area. They were so rude. I would never recommend this place.

Nothing really apart from the fact that it was a bit far from the centre of Albufeira but there is a bus. However it is walkable and a pleasant walk.

Very attractive building in an exclusive part of Albufeira. A big supermarket 5 minutes walk from the hostel. Good kitchen, toilets and showers.

I travel two or three times a month as a travel blogger and solo traveler and always book rooms through booking.com but I have never faced such a horrible situation. The worst time of my life was spent in this hotel. because they are not good people at all and treated me terribly. I was delayed by 10 minutes due to my flight but I informed the hotel in advance by message but they didn't do any Compromise for me, instead they were very rude and didn't let me check in that day due to which I spent the whole night out that day that's called homeless. I had already paid the hotel rent for two days. After staying out all night, I went to the hotel again the next day at 12 noon for checking in. But they misbehaved me again and told me that it is not possible to check in the hotel before 2 pm, but I paid two days in advance. I had booked the hotel from the day before. Then I checked into the hotel after spending three hours outside again. After checking into the hotel, I found the condition to be very terrible. No match to the picture as they posted booking.com Inside, the room was very dirty. The door of the toilet was broken. In a word we can count as cheaters. I reported the whole matter to booking.com customer care, booking.com tried to contact them but the property authorities did not contact booking.com. This is what booking.com told me as my e-mail. So this is my suggestion for everyone, don't waste your beautiful and precious time in this hotel.

I thought for a long time but could not find anything to like here. But their swimming pool was nice.

Everything!The place is far from everything, it doesn't look anything like the photos, the house looks abandoned, everything is dirty and poorly maintained, it stinks a lot, but the rooms are the worst, full of dirty and smelly men looking like homeless, it looks like a homeless hostel sure! it is scary ! I don't recommend it even to an enemy! There is no security at all, and what's worse is the contact phone number, the customer service was super rude and hung up on me 3 timesand then didn't answer again, in fact I don't know how this" place" is on booking note - 10

A bit of a walk to restaurants. Guy in the dorm snored all night.. Pool was being repaired so not open.

This was not my first stay in this place but just because I don't remember where I have stayed in the past or where I haven't. But the process of checking in I remember that has always been traumatic. The first time I remember I was asked to wait until the hour of checking in, while the ladies were laughing and playing games among them. And at that time the stay was horrible. I did a comment on Google at that time , and after this new booking the site offered me 5 points to take my comment back. But after this second experience I believe that first comment won't be deleted. This time another young girl with no attitude of service at all, made me wait for 35 minutes for the check-in, but this time I arrived one hour after the established hour. The situation was, the lady having fun with two guests that arrived before me and she totally forgot about me. And the excuse she gave to me was that the bed wasn't done yet because previous guests don't exit the hostel on time, so at 3:45 pm she started to prepare my bed. Completely unacceptable. This is the worst hostel you can chose. And I don't do other important and puntual comments because they will ask booking to delete them tagging me as a racist. But the people who stay in this place I doubt they're tourists.

The only thing I like of this place is the price. But I could not stay for more than one day. There's a pool but is not inviting. There's young smiling staff but they're not in an attitude of service and they don't do their job properly. I

My bedroom it was outside of the house and my bathroom outside of the bedroom and of the house too. They didnt ever cleaned the bin in my bedroom. Bathroom was disgusting, walls with old soap, the rugs need to be washed, the shower doesn’t have the thing to Be up, you have to hold the shower which is terrible. The outside kitchen was disgusting, many things everywhere. It needs to be organized.
