Reusable towels are not the best decision, especially for six unfamiliar people who have to stay at the same room together. One night was awful because of two neighbours who spoke out loud, watched videos without headphones and made noises at 3 am!! they did not react to my calls to stop making noise

The female dorm was on a very noisy street. It was not possible to open the windows during the night as the traffic was still so noisy. The hostel did not have an outside area for the guests.

The people I met in the hostel were very nice. It was a good mixture of younger and older travellers. The location of the hostel was perfect.

Amazing location!! Super walkable to all the main spots in lisbon. Good value for what you get, our room was spacious, bed was comfortable, had a private bathroom, super clean and even had a veranda! Definitely recommend

I missed some information from the staff. For example, I didn’t know that there are daily pub scrolls, some venues and meet ups at the hostel. Also there was a bathroom in my female dormitory room which was closed when I checked in, and I was told to use the bathroom for another dormitory, but I wasn’t told that mine would be fixed same day. So kept using the other one which also guys used. Was inconvenient and not nice. Why not to tell all the information that might be useful for the guest.

Our private bathroom was outside the room, so not an ensuite. Pillow wasn't very comfy, woke up with a sore neck. We didn't have a control for the air con, but it did keep the room cool.

Curtains around the dorm beds would be nice for some more privacy and to block out the light from other beds. I would wish for more vegan options at the breakfast. Otherwise, I am perfectly happy.

I had a wonderful time at Inn Possible hostel. First of all, the location is fantastic, housed in a beautiful tiled building in a pretty alley, very close to Alfama district, the hostel is both close to sites, restaurants and shops and quiet. The staff was simply lovely, very helpful and patient, the 24-hour reception is handy, too. I stayed in a female dorm and it was one of the most comfortable hostel stays I've ever had. The beds are comfy, have sockets and lights and the room had a private bathroom with rain shower. The breakfast for 2€ was great, including fruit, juice, tea, coffee, cheese and cold cuts, different types of bread, cereal and some cake (I think they might even bake it themselves).

The only thing I didn’t like was the urine smell in the room. It was probably caused by people peeing on the street, which was at the same level as room was.

I took a girls shared bedroom which was great for 4 nights. Bathroom was clean, beds were comfy. Breakfast super good for the price of 2 euro. Staff was helpful. The most important thing was electric heater! After 2 extremely rainy days it helped my clothes and shoes get dry what was the most important thing at the moment. I also loved the closeness of the Castle. It was easy to come back during sightseeing just to change your clothes.

No curtains on bed, no proper shelf in bed area to put phone during sleep, one of the window shutters wasn’t working properly so when the wind hit it would rattle, making it hard to sleep

There are no locks on the showers... they are like those glass showers in a home or hotel, so you just have to hope that nobody opens the door on you. Luckily it seems like there was never anybody else in the toilet with me whenever I showered. There is also only one working toilet cubicle in each toilet, but again I don't recall ever having to wait to use it. The floor in my room was also slightly sticky.

Incredibly centrally located! Definitely great if you like to return to your hostel to rest for a bit during the afternoon. Beds were also quite comfortable, and there was also a personal light and a socket with a handy shelf on the wall next to each bed.

Not a fan of the automatic air fresheners in the bathrooms, the perfumes were pretty irritating.

Clean and tidy, nice common areas. Appreciated the female only room with private bathroom! Great location.

The common area was oddly blocked off in the early morning, leaving no place to hang out before 8am. Not ideal when staying in a dorm room with sleeping roommates.

The girls bathroom need a renovation and it could be nice if the bathroom can be completely locked when inside. The beds were shaky when someone moved or walked.

I liked the location of the hostel and the crew was nice & helpful. They clean everyday and the main area/kitchen is also very clean and tidy.

A laundry room would be good.

Breakfast for only 2 euros, with tasty scrambled eggs. The hostel was very clean, and had a large, cozy common area. Staff were also very friendly.
