Bunk beds were very shaky and in stable . Mattress are thin . Medal beds need tightening and maybe some welding done to them .

Good location- nice 20 minute walk from the port . Good communication with the host .

The place is difficult to find especially at night so be aware the actual hostel is down the slope behind the shop (go down on the left hand side) and look for the door with the sticker on it :-) saying Terminal 4 The only other slight negative is the beds are super firm, I struggled to get comfy on them but maybe this was just us. And to put this in to context we would still stay again, just maybe figure some topper out for when we did (take one with us)

Lovely apartment in a nice location, its abotu a mile to walk there (as we did) and the property is easily accessed from the main street with a nice pub next door where you can buy a drink or some basic food at the local rates. The place itself has code doors and a coded lock box for the room, both are easy to work and are a lot less faffy than keys. The room itself was big with three single beds (two together), aircon and a TV so everything you'll be needing. The shower again was a good size and worked well (could do with maybe some shower gel), its a simple place (think Hostel not Hotel) but has lots of facilities like a kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities. Everything is spotless and you get a chance to meet really nice people with good ethics thrown in so well worth it. The tax per person is an honesty table, and this tells of how people are when you actually trust them. Host wise she's lovely and sorts any issue straight off

Nice and close to the airport. Great shower. Nice to have a restaurant right across the street for an easy meal after a late check on.

The water pooled on the bathroom floor so I got soaking feet every time I needed to use the loo. Otherwise all good and clean.

It was easy to find and close to the airport. I loved how spacious the 6 bed dorm was. Kitchen was nice, spacious enough and clean. I really appreciated the clean towels too. I also liked how the owner communicated all the important info via WhatsApp. It was all clear and easy to follow.

Very big problem with check-in. The access code provided did not work. Problem getting into the building. Contact with the owner difficult. Didn't answer phone, didn't answer messages on whatsup. Very stressful situation for me. Second issue was the lack of curfew. Other people loudly behaving at night. Poor soundproofing.

The facility was clean. Close to the metro, restaurants next door.

I'm not one to sleep in shared bunk beds, and this one was another example of why I shouldn't be staying in hostels. Nothing at fault with this accommodation at all, but it's not for me - the lack of privacy, the noise, the rumble of the guy sleeping below me shaking the bed whenever he (or I) moved about, the snoring. All in all, not my thing, but good for anyone who doesn't mind such and experience :)

Overnight stay to catch a flight in the early hours of the day. Not much to say about the room or the bed as the choice was made for me by the other guests - top bed it was.

Nothing to me

My flight arrived very late and even delayed. I informed them about that. Clara was fantastic. She instruct how to get inside and everything went well although it was midnight and also to me, was the first trip to Lisbon. Next morning, I could make a cup of coffee by myself at the kitchen. The shower also was good.

Nothing too serious! The room was a tid bit small with not much room to walk around - just a big bed in the middle. For one night it was fine. but I can imagine for longer stays it might get annoying quickly because of luggage, clothes, shoes, etc. But still very manageable in my opinion! :)

We needed a place to sleep during our layover. Super accommodating and really all you need for a night (kitchen and a living room also available with tea and coffee which would be great for longer stays). The host was also super nice (contacted us through WhatsApp) and let us leave our luggage in the living room after check out time so we could sightsee a bit before our next flight 🙏🏻 !One stop away from the airport with the metro!

Its a 2 rooms apartament that turned into a hostel. The bathroom was very dirty and everything about this place was slightly gross. People rent this place to go to the airport at night or early morning, so you can expect that in the middle of the night the light will be on and people will be making noises.

Ok, it was the cheapest option possible. The metro station is near.

The hostel is very overpriced for what it is. The interior is really drab - no real effort to make the place look nice or welcoming. The top bunks don't have any sorts of shelves for storing your glasses or phone bedside during the night. The bathrooms are located inside the shared bedrooms, so you can't really shower or flush without waking everybody up. This is especially annoying as the fact that the hostel is so close to the airport means that you will have people arriving and leaving at even weirder hours than at a normal hostel.

Great location if you have an early flight from the airport. I also loved the fact that there were plenty easily accessible power sockets per bunk.

The wifi

The kitchen is very well endowed with coffee makers and coffee. The sheets are changed on a daily basis. Overall, they do a very good job in keeping a hostel very neat and clean.

Everything was good. I was satisfied with the room size, cleanliness, and distance from the airport. Contact with the manager through WhatsApp, got codes for the entrance. Just stuck for a bit by opening main door but managed to get in from 3rd time.

There was a water damage in the bathroom. There was water dripping down from the ceiling lamp. Also the apartment smelled very damp. When sitting down on the foot of the bed, the upper part of the bed moved upwards.

Clara was very friendly and responded fast. The hostel is close to the airport and located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
