We loved this place. There was a huge rainstorm and a little water leaked under the door but its not an issue as we put a towel down. Beware the Aircon does cause some condensation but it was end of March so it was a little chilly. Im sure it wont be an issue in the summer. Its not near anywhere so get provisions on your way in. Lovely fluffy towels and powerful shower. Clean as a whistle.... Would go back in a heartbeat...

What a little Gem. The owner was so helpful as we came on a night that the only local restarants were closed ( Tuesday). He offered for his mother in law to bring us bread and cheese etc and some wine. We took the wine and it came in a lovely basket with glasses etc. The next morning we had option to either eat at the aprtment or we could go a couple of hundred metress to the cafe his mother in law runs. We went there and a had an amazing fresh breakfast of bread, cheese, ham, jams,Freshly squeezed juise and Tea or Coffee as well as cakes.

Breakfast was in the nearby restaurant where we also had our dinner the night before. Isabel was very friendly and we really enjoyed our one night in her beautiful house. The house is absolutely beautiful, very modern, extremely clean and so peaceful. Our weather was extremely cold but it would be perfect setting for a summer evening sitting out on the small patio. Thank you Isabel for sharing your house with us - it's a perfect location for walking on the Ruta Vicentina.

The heater was a bit slow to warm up the space so it felt a bit damp. Such a lovely place that this didn’t really matter.

Very clean, modern and quiet space in the countryside. Right on the Rota Vicentina. Lovely patio space for sitting outside. Owners restaurant is excellent. Fantastic dinner and the included breakfast was wonderful.

It is far from stores and restaurants (but we knew that before booking so not really a negative thing)

The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The bathroom is big and also very clean. The property is very cute and relaxing because it is very quite there

Such a lovely and cosy getaway! It’s a beautiful, peaceful apartment in a quiet village and we loved walking to Isabel’s breakfast in the morning at her restaurant.

It’s very rural so there are only 2 restaurants in the village and the opening times seem to be inaccurate on google. The nearest town with more restaurants is a 15-20min drive away in Cercal.

We rented one of 2 rooms in a little 2 room farmhouse. Room was spacious, clean and well decorated with a powerful shower. The host was super communicative with an easy flexible check in and check out. There was an incredible view of the stars on the terrace overlooking the lawn. You feel completely cut off from the world - I would recommend for couples. The breakfast was good with a lovely a homemade pastel de nata that was the best we had in Portugal. Thank you Isabel!

I think we were the first guests and the owner wasn’t quite ready. We would have liked some plates and Cutlery but she said she had bought them but hadn’t had time to put them in the room.

A cute purpose built airbnb in the middle of a family field. Brand new build, all ikea furnishings. Nicely styled. Breakfast was at the owners parents cafe about 1/2 mile away. Ham cheese bread & coffee and a pastel de nata nice touch. Comfortable bed, all new fittings clean and contemporary.

Absolutely perfect! Stunning setting. Spotlessly clean. Extremely comfortable. Very friendly host (Isabel) - who even phoned her son in law to translate for us. It could not have been better at the end of a long day’s walk on the Rota Vicentina. Isabel also provided delicious supper at the Casa Fonseca up the road, and a huge breakfast!

There were mosquitoes-since it was very warm we needed to keep the windows open and the plug-in mosquito scent thung was broken. In general - our typical experience here, very few surfaces to put anything . Thus riom was mire soacious tfan many hiwever.

Spotless, simple, lovely patio overlooking the suset & quiet fields. Delicious breakfast ( and fabulous chicken fir dunner) at Isabel's restaurant Fonseca- and since I am gluten free Isabel made me eggs! Very friendly!

We had no problems whatsoever, but the wall separating the rooms is pretty thin, so we could hear the other guests quite clearly. Also, it would be a good idea to, even symbolically, separate the outside sitting areas for privacy.

Beautifully located and very peaceful. Everybody was very helpful and we were lucky to be the first guests in that room, so everything was squeaky clean and brand new. And the sky was so clean at night we spent hours just staring at the stars :-)

The land lord had no English at all which is ok but there was no English paper explaining any information as it would have been helpful, I had to call a friend in Lisbon to talk to her for me. We got locked out because the door shuts and locks behind you with out a key , I called the number and had no answer or reply at all ! Lucky I was able to get through the bathroom window ! When I messaged through the booking app the response was very prompt and informative
