Listing says free parking, but the street didn't have parking available. I parked at the paid parking lot nearby for a day.

The room was pretty small, but it was clean and comfortable. WiFi worked great, the showers worked well. The service was friendly. There was a common kitchen that you can use.

Thin walls, so other guests were loud. Snack machine appears to be out of order. Furniture looked and felt cheap and flimsy.

Self checkin was easy. Location is wonderful. Large common areas.

One fridge for the whole apartment is definitely inadequate. I would recommend placing at least one fridge per floor, to the main halls.

The walls were very thin and not the fault of the property but my neighbours alarm was going off every 5 mins for 30 minutes since 5.30 AM in the morning and you can hear footsteps and talking very clearly.

The castles and museum, and laundromat within 10 min walk and also supermarket and cafe within 5 min down the road. Miguel the host was very helpful with facilitating my early check in and since the room was available I was able to put my bags down and wander around the city. There were also tea making facilities, microwave, and fridge (though was full) and outdoor seating area that you could eat out on and you can request an iron and use the tumble dryer for a fee. The room was big and the property was very clean overall and had a very comfortable stay!

Beds a bit squeaky. No sound insulation to the other dorm. Fridge items need labelling and clearing out.

Very homely. Think a couple with a kid live on top floor but I may be wrong. Couple of nice Iranian guys may be staying for a while. Tv with some English language channels.Spacious dorm with portable heater.Comfortable enough mattresses.Quiet location.Outside area.

1. There is no hair dryer in the room - you must ask for it. 2. Breakfast is a huge bluff!! In the evening they informed us, that there will be pancakes and maybe eggs for breakfast, we also saw pancakes written in the 1st place of the breakfast menu which was placed on the kitchen table and at the reception. Expecting pancakes we paid 3,5 € each for the breakfast. However, in the morning there were NO pancakes, no eggs, NOTHING for breakfast, except some coffee, a bit of milk (not enough for everybody), bread, jam with MOULD, cereals (they tasted OLD and STALE) and a cake (no, it was definately NOT homemade!). I asked what happened to pancakes and eggs and tried to get my money back, but the lady there spoke only Portugese. I managed to understand, that there were no pancakes. I tried to speak with her in Spanish and French, but she only loughed at my face. I didn't get my money and tried to eat something, but it was disgusting. Afterwards we and a couple of other tourists went to the supermarket to have a proper breakfast.

Wonderful balance between the amenities and comfort of a hotel and friendliness and possibilities to chat with interesting people of a hostel! Impecably clean, wonderfully located, free parking could be found on the same street a bit further. Very nice room. Super comfortable beds. It could be a really good hostel, if they didn't cheat and deceive tourists, and don't lough in their face. DON'T BUY BREAKFAST!

The only things I can think of would be to repair the hole in the ceiling of the bathroom, and to provide a towel rail or somewhere in the room to hang up towels after use.

I was given a nice welcome by the staff, everything was explained including how to get in and out of the building after hours. The room was as expected, a little small but fine for 1-2 people travelling together. The bathroom was shared, as expected, but I never had to wait to use it. I didn't spend much time within the hostel but everything was fine, and I had a nice quiet night as other guests were respectful and there was no street noise. I appreciated having an electric fan in the room.

This property was and still is listed as a breakfast included hostel. We were there for 7 days and there was no breakfast available, "sorry for the inconvenience" was posted in the kitchen. So we spent probably and extra 30-40 euros on breakfast. Feel like we should be re-imbursed that much. One of the 2 - 1st floor showers was out of order. There were no instructions on how to use the TV or washing machine. Kitchen is really small and poorly laid out. Impossible for more than 1 person to be cooking at a time.

Hostel was clean. WIFI was good. Staff was friendly.

Hot in upstairs bedroom, no AC. TV non functional. No instructions to use it. No reception person. Outside key box tricky. Pillows too high for neck. Not a problem at all.

Modern, clean, excellent location. Appreciated the espresso coffee. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful clean linen and big soft towel. Good location.

Sometimes after they clean all the hostel, it appears a strange smell of old tubes in the hall, but it disappears after a while

Location is simply perfect. It is 1 minute by the old city center, 6-10 minutes by the university, 10 minutes by the castle. Everything was super clean and forniture is modern and beautiful. We haven't actually tried the breakfast (you can book it the evening before), but seeing the others it is a reach breakfast for low price. I worked remotely from the hostel and passed almost all the day there, and I really felt at home
