Very noisy floorboards and creaking bunks

When walking up the stairs to the hostel the walls had mould and we could clearly smell it. Luckily this wasn't the case in the hostel itself and our room. Also the building next door was quite creepy.

Location was great, right in the centre of everyting. Breakfast was cheap and the common room was a really nice bonus as a social place to hang around and plan your next day. Cheap drinks, friendly staff. A great hostel to stay in!

The bathrooms were horribly dirty. I just think cleanliness and hygiene should be every accommodation's top priority. Also, It would be great to have female and male bathrooms or at least showers.

All the staff members were amazing! Super helpful and nice 😊 The bedroom was good - the first night I stayed in a mixed dorm and the second I requested a 4-bedroom female dorm (which was a better option for me). The beds do have curtains which is great if you are sensitive to light. The location could not be better but be prepared for noise during the night. Breakfast was simple, but for the price ok :)

My breakfast waiters were busy chatting and had to call their attention to be served my breakfast which my coffee lacked a spoon, sugar, butter ... all I had to ask for

Super helpful and kind staff. Comfy bed and quite private (though in a dorm) with beds surrounded by curtains with internal lightning, shelf and plug. They have a great food and drinks selection. And the location is absolutely amazing!!! Right in the centre of Porto and walking distance to all of the main attractions. Would love to go back!

Lift / Elevator is very old and looks horrible to get in there.

Hostel is located right in the center of the city, all sightseeing, souvenir shops and restaurants are nearby. The lobby/reception was really nice, including fully-equiped kitchen and dining room, there is a posibility of having a breakfast and snacks + drinks during the day.

Unfortunatly , New touristes noisy and close ton our bedroom. Teenagers Who launch fire alarme etc 50% of our Journey disturbed and unconfortable

The air conditioning was down for a few nights, I couldn't sleep at all until we opened the window but the street is quite noisy so if you're a light sleeper it could be a problem. Hand soap was out for a few days until I notified the staff for the second time...

It's a very social hostel you'll get to meet a lot of people in the common area, they also provide dinner at a cheap cost with sangria! Location is great, super close to a lot of sightseeing spots. There's an elevator which is quite rare in Portugal I guess

The hostel was very nice, the rooms were very large, new and comfortable. Everywhere was very clean. location was great. It was very central. The employees were very polite. They offer you alcohol the day you check in. everything was 10/10

Fridge is a little full. Could potentially use a second fridge.

Really comfy beds, great lounge & good room security. Also very very helpful staff - Ana, Marieke, Roos, Gabi, Gio, Hugo, Jesus! Almost too many to mention. Highly recommend.
