Keys on both room and entrance doors seemed to malfunction. It took some time every time to lock/unlock doors Place is closing early, wanted to have some snacks after arrival, which wasn’t too late, but had to look in other places

Location is great - central, right by sea and few parking nearby. Had balcony overlooking sea, was enjoying views of storm and waves in morning. Breakfast was very nice, you get to choose what you want and it is prepared directly for you.

1) It was supposed to be a quiet room but definitely wasn't. We could hear the other guests. Also, the staff downstairs had a fight one night and were screaming at each other and we could hear everything! 2) The hotel is also quite old and worn out, it looks better in the pictures. 3) There is no free parking at the hotel, you have to pay a fee every day.

1) The hotel is very near to the Porto Moniz Nature pools, the location is great. 2) There is a free breakfast for all the guests included in the price - it comes with the room, even-though it is not written here on booking. 3) there is a common area/room where you can get a free coffee every day.

We had the room overlooking the ocean which had a beautiful view. Being there in the winter, the place was quiet. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

But be honest, hotel is not fresh. They made renovation but it still smells old. The room was small and the hall on the photo is common area. Also if you are not lucky with neighbors, you will hear everything.

The location is good. Internet connection is stable. Stuff are friendly.

Cleanliness could improve, we found a lot of hair on the walls of bathroom, maybe they use the same rug to clean floor and walls? I expected more from a “suite” room

Rooms are not soundproof and quite dark, but ok if you are out for the day and only go for a sleep. A table would be nice to have in the room.

It is located very next to the ocean and you can find free parking spot one street away. Paid parking in front of the hotel. The coast is very close so you can fall asleep listening to the waves. The bed is comfortable, the breakfast and the staff are nice. There is a coffee machine room you can use all day.

A nice bed and breakfast place to stay in Porto Moniz. Room was clean, nicely decorated, and we also had a balcony with an ocean view. It's a small town, so all the convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was really nice! Made fresh, with lots of food - definitely recommend it. The closest parking spots can be busy depending on the time of day, as there can be lots of tourists visiting the natural pools. However, there are many places to park for free/paid in the area perhaps up to 5 minutes walk.

The mattress was really soft (but some can like it). The room was hot even with a fan. There is no free parking nearby anymore as that area is closed. So finding the parking space could be somewhat hard during the day. From 19.00 to 11.00 the parking is free.

The location is good. The staff was welcoming. Nice sea view if you have booked an appropriate room.

Staff forgot about us at breakfast so we were only brought our breakfast after my partner reminded them we were waiting on food. Restaurant wasn't particularly busy at the time, so this was a little disappointing. No aircon or fan in the room so it was very warm, no fridge in room etc either so wouldn't recommend for a long stay.

Gorgeous location, great for catching sunset, right across the road from the porto moniz natural pools. Within walking distance of lots of nice restaurants (lapa bay round the corner had great options!). Staff were friendly. Bedroom itself was a little dated and lacked some amenities but the bathroom was nice. Fairly basic accomodation but did what we needed it to do.

There’s no elevator so be prepared to lift your baggage to your floor.

Very homie. The owner is what makes it great. Feels like you’re visiting your relatives and they welcome you to their home and take care of you. Great for short-term stay. And nice view from the balcony.

There was some issue with the pillow cases that got fixed immediately upon request. The metal door on the outside couldn’t be locked into place, which means we had to use the balcony furniture to block it from banging into the frame due to the wind.

The location is marvellous. Easy access to the natural pools and anything interesting in the surrounding area. At night it was so peaceful and quiet, sleeping with ocean sounds - very soothing. Breakfast was also very good with options to choose from. The host and staff were friendly.

The room we were staying was only equipped with a bed with 2 bedsides and a mini tv, there was no closet. Also the room it is smaller than it meets the eyes. The walls need a little bit of paint and fixing a few spots.

The location is excellent. The view is beautiful. The host is friendly. The fact that the breakfast is included is a bonus. There is parking right in front of the location. The rooms smell nice and clean.
