The communication with the staff was a but confusing, but they were very friendly.

Located right at the heart of Porto Moniz, very close to ocean swimming pools and restaurants. usually easy parking. Great views from the balconies and friendly staff.

The owner was incredibly kind and the room was very nice with a comfortable bed. It is located right next to the swimming pool, and at a 5 min walk to the bus stop. Definitely recommend it!

The beds were a little hard and uncomfortable. I thought I'd booked a double bed but we got 2 singles.

The hotel is in a great location on the seafront. Our balcony had a lovely sea view. The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was an added bonus and the staff were very friendly. The natural volcanic pools are lovely, the highlight of my stay on Madeira!

Beautiful property right in the center of Porto Moniz. Just across the road of the Natural Rock pools. Lovely to just walk across the road in the morning for an early swim before breakfast Rooms have lovely balconies also- some directly overlooking the sea/ natural pools.

The waiting time at the checkin and breakfast was really annoying. On each occasion it took 20-30 minutes of being ignored. The receptionist always makes up for it but its really annoying to be waiting 30 minutes in the morning to be asked what to drink. Breakfast buffet would be in my opinion better idea for this place. But overall, good experience.

The location was great, the receptionist was always smiling and nice. The view from the balcony was a great highlight.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel for a couple of nights in June. A neat family run hotel with a perfect location to discover the town and the pools. Our room had a nice balcony with an ocean view, the room was all nice and clean. We absolutely loved the cordial service of the staff, and going for a breakfast was a separate kind of joy thanks to their hospitality. If we ever go back in Porto Moniz, we’ll stay again here without any hesitation.

View from the window was amazing, cozy bathroom with the bath (not shower), which is not very often facility when you usually stay in apartments, nice breakfast. Parking is nearby.
