Everything was very good.

The location is central, near to the Sao Bento metro station, railway station and bus 500 station, super central in Porto.The appartment is beautiful, chic, very well equipped with all things that you could need. The kitchen includes a lot of useful cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses, washing machine, dishwasher, espresso machine, electric mug, microwave oven, classic oven, stove, toaster, etc. The bedroom is very comfortable, the quilts and mattresses are ok. The living room is inviting, with a dining area and a relaxation area with a sofa and TV. There are two air heaters available to increase thermal comfort during the night, although there is underfloor heating. The host Fernando is very kind, he waited for me even if I was a little late and showed me useful details on the map. I definitely recommend this location, it really worths!

Nothing realy critical... just some point of personal taste... You have to be ready for noise from night life of the city centre. I didn't take it in concidiration when I booked the room - my fault. For gests who love night life - it is perfect place. There is a room parfume in the apartment, which is actualy nice. But I'm personaly too sensitive to any parfums, so for me it was not optimal.

Owner was VERY NICE and FRIENDLY and supportive. I become the appartment even bigger, then I booked. And it was cosy and looked nice. A lot of space. Direct in city centre. All the attractiond close by. Safe. Little internal garden with rain/birds protection. All necessary equipment. Very teasy cookies and nice fresh vine as a compliment from the host.

Ease of access throughout the city with lots of dining options nearby. Superb host who ensured we had a stress-free stay. Very well designed space, we were out and about during the daytime so weren’t bothered by the construction nearby. would stay again when I return to the city.

Laud noise at night. It was little bit difficult to find the entrance due to construction work in front of the apartment.

The 2 x single beds/joined bed mattress was uncomfortable and didn't fit the bed base meaning the 2 x single mattresses slide apart.

We visited in August 2022, Porto is packed with visitors this summer. The convenience mentioned above became the downside of this location. Noise from the streets (visitors, diners, performers) last all day and past midnight, for light sleepers this maybe a problem.

This property is beautifully decorated and very clean, with all the amenities we need to make our 4 days stay feel like home. It sits in the heart of the city, around the corner from Sao Bento train station. One minute walk to a mini market that provides everything we need. Downstairs is restaurants, cafe and ice cream shops. Street performers are everywhere, music in every corner of the building.

Everything was amazing from the location to Fernando who was in constant touch with us and was waiting for us at the property. He gave us detailed information on the city and the great places to visit and eat. He also left us a gift in the refrigerator :) The property is in the heart of Porto (where all the action is ) and in walking distance from all attractions. It has everything you need for a short or long stay.

The only problem (which is not the fault of the owners at all) is that they are constructing the new metro line in the plaza directly below the apartment and the noise is incredible. It started at 8:15 in the morning and went until 5:00 Monday through Saturday. Evenings and Sundays are no problem. But I could see the combination of street noise in the evenings and construction work being annoying for those looking for a quiet retreat.

This place is gorgeous. It has an incredible view, fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful touches that show they are really thinking of what guests will need and want. Completely remodeled and modern. This place was our favourite stay of our trip in Portugal. The restaurant below attracts buskers who were singing and playing instruments in the evenings, but the ones who performed on the days we stayed were incredibly talented and it was like having our own live concert to listen to, so that was a huge perk.

Wish i could stay there more...

Location was perfect, 1 min walking from Sao Bento station, buses and 5 minutes from the famous bridge. The view from the windows is spectacular - see attached photos. We had everything we needed and the host generously provided some extra. The host was very helpful and responsive via whatsapp. There are total of 4 beds - 1 queen bed in the master bedroom, that can be separated to 2 smaller beds, a twin bed and a folding sofa in the living room.

The only issue was construction next doo which was fairly loud from 8 am until 5 pm. Luckily, we were up and about at those times, so it did not bother us very much. Yet, it will be better once this construction is finished.

Apartment was very clean, spacious and in the great location. Fernando met us with the keys and provided a lot of very useful information. Overall our stay was outstanding.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is generous with an open kitchen and living area. Everything was up to the newest standards. Our bed was huge and very comfortable. Our host was the best! So very kind and helpful, he took the time to explain everything to us, were the best sights are what to do and where to go. I forgot my glasses on the nightstand and they've even sent them to my home for free!!! So very generous of them. The location is right in the city centre and everything is just a short walk away. . We had free coffee and got an excellent bottle of white wine for free as well. I highly recommend this accommodation. We will definitely come back. It's such a luxurious perfectly placed accommodation.

The most amazing appartment in the heart of the old town. Fernando, the host went out of his way make our stay enjoyable and safely stored our luggage after checkout. The appartment is a wow. It is very spacious and looks better in real life than the pictures.
