Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bath water did not run properly; fridge was warm; dust in the corners of room and edges of bed; no shuttle from the airport to the hotel (only from hotel to airport)

Hotter water...not just barely warm!
Loved the big comfy bed , but did not like that the shower or bath water were not very hot at all on each of the three days we were there.

It was strange whoever designed the bathroom upgrades. Had two washbasins on a large unit. Looked good, but made sitting on the toilet very uncomfortable. Small maintenance problems should be picked up by house keeping, not by guests. The hotel is looking tired, I guess this is due to covid restrictions and lack of income.
Nice large comfortable bed. The location for us was great, as i was attending the Hospital da Luz close by.

I really enjoyed that the hotel was proper old school traditional hotel where everything just works well, the staff is friendly, respectful and available. I was happy that I could talk and call to the staff instead of using some mobile app. The room was spacious and comfy. I appreciated a breakfast box that was delivered to me very early in the morning due to my early flight. And I appreciated that my food intolerance was considered. Very good stay overall, thank you!

The hotel is a bit run down and not what I have experienced from other Rad Blu. The lobby staff were very friendly, though, and sort of made up for that dilapidated feel.

My window was faulty and would not lock. I couldn’t tell if that was deliberate or not as my room opened out onto a kind of rooftop where equipment had been stored. Flies easily found their way into my room and the air conditioning was not good. The hotel felt a little bit dated but overall it was a good place to lay ones head.
Location and breakfast were perfect. Breakfast was generous and I have no complaints about it. They were generous with towels too, never a shortage which was very nice.

Lovely room. 105 is nicer than 405. 405 fridge door needs repairing (wooden outer). Shortage of hand wash and one other was dealt with by one of the hard working ladies who clean the rooms without any problem. Staff far better at service at breakfast on return trip as on the earlier visit there was a shortage of spoons!!! for cereal, yogurt etc. Everyone was asking and there was a lot of staff but no solution came about. Not so on our return visit. Back to normal with familiar faces and excellent service. Breakfast is always good with a large selection of choice. Asked about Gluten Free products, as our son, who is travelling with us and staying with you towards the end of July and then the end of August, is a Vegetarian, lactose and gluten free. Question and advice given very willingly. The shuttle, what an obliging young man who helped with our cases at the hotel and airport. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely room, size was just right and air conditioning worked perfectly. Plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage. Comfy bed and well equipped bathroom- plenty of towels. Breakfast was great, lovely selection of hot and cold food. Close location to the airport (5-10 minute taxi ride) and 5 min walk to the nearest Metro station.

The hotel is near the airport and provides shuttle service for its guests. The Chinese restaurant next door is fabulous with very tasty food. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfy.

Remote from the city, no good cafés an restaurants nearby. Furniture need urgent renovation! Soap dispensers doesn't function properly.

There was no doorman or concierge to tell you where to park or just to ask questions. There seemed to always be a long line at the check-in desk. The parking garage is not for an inexperienced driver! Park across the street under the freeway since it's much easier to enter and exit.
We stayed for our final 2 nights close to the airport. The staff was helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and room service which we both good. Close to Covid testing (short walk away of about 2 blocks) for our return flight.
