Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, I wasn’t aware of it when I booked the hotel. One front disk agent was rude, he made me wait in the lobby without informing the other agent that I was waiting to be called to attend the bus(from hotel to airport), Miscommunication.

Although effort made for rooms to be close together, could have been closer. Shuttle bus available but limited availability

Outdated design, could do with an update in decoration. Sofa bed very hard and uncomfortable. Walls every thin and could hear our loud neighbours.
Close to airport, close to metro, very clean, plenty of equipment in room.

A bit old hotel, our room did not have walk-in shower as indicated (we did not need it, but maybe you do). Also there are not sound proof walls as marked. We had families in rooms around us and the babies keept crying during the night. This is not a complaint as this is normal, but do not expect that they have sound proof walls.
Nearby bus station easy to reach by bus 750, very close to airport (taxi was 12 € in at 3 am), nice green park across the street. Free stay for child, great price.

Long reception process. The staff weren’t very welcoming.

There was a problem with our breakfast being included in the booking. Although it was confirmed at check-in, the next morning we found out that it wasn't and we had to pay the more expensive rate.
If you are looking for accommodation close to Lisbon airport, this is the best. You can't go wrong with Radisson Blu, the room was great and modern with everything you need. It is close to the metro line that takes you into the city and their airport shuttle is a big bonus. Breakfast was great.

No access to food at or near the hotel after about 10pm and before 6am- only not ideal with flight times.
Easy access to the airport (very reasonably priced local taxis to and from) Great space in bedrooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable, helpful staff

Hotel is getting a bit tired and is overdue a renovation, in my opinion. But everything in the room worked.
Very close to the airport. Getting a taxi from the airport was a bit of a slog because it's only five five-minute drive to the hotel. You can always request an Uber or Bolt if the taxis are giving you hassle. The staff are very helpful.

Needs a refurbishment as the overall decor is quite outdated, albeit in good condition. The airport shuttle should run the whole day, like most hotels in that area.

Rooms are a little bit dated could use a little bit of TLC as there were a couple of areas that would need some attention from the maintenance team
Staff at Radisson is very friendly and check-in and check-out process is quick and seamless. Breakfast is very complete and has a big variety of food and drinks. There is a gym that is open 24/7 and albeit small has a few equipment and loose weights. Even we stay in a lower floor, noise from nearby high traffic road doesn't permeate to the room.
